Purchased a used 2021 Ford Ranger from this dealer about a month ago. Have had a couple of issues with the truck. First the passenger front windows stopped working and then a couple of weeks later the check a month ago. Have had a couple of issues with the truck. First the passenger front windows stopped working and then a couple of weeks later the check engine light came on. Service department has been great! They replaced the window motor for free and repaired the EGR system under the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the truck. I live 30 miles from the dealership and both times they picked up and returned the truck to my home. Fantastic service! More

Not so positive of experience. Tora I talked to online about a vehicle said a vehicle was “ leveled”when asked, which was in fact false. When I called after driving 5 hrs back and fourth and taking the vehicle home, Dave would not help me. Said we won’t be able to agree on what what said and was a typical car salesman attitude when challenged with I didn’t feel this was ethical. Mo, the sales guy complete unorganized mess, couldn’t find the spare tires owed to us and they had to drive them 2.5 hrs one way a few days later. Vehicle is solid, but the sales and experience after the sale has been poor. I would be careful. More

Absolutely terrible. They will say anything get you in the door, then insult you with a ridiculously low car trade in value.
