We were experiencing a problem with our Subaru that could not be reproduced at our first service call. However, as soon as the warning lights appeared again, I returned to the dealership immediately so that not be reproduced at our first service call. However, as soon as the warning lights appeared again, I returned to the dealership immediately so that someone could see the problem. Wendy greeted me and followed me to the car so I could show her what warning lights were going on and off. She instructed someone not to turn off car until the lead mechanic could see the problem himself, Wendy arranged for me to have a loaner car for the day. Wendy was very helpful and got me off to work quickly. Thank you. More
I have brought my car in multiple times and don't get a car wash. When I picked it up the last time, I made mention of it, their answer was, well do you want us to wash it now?... My reply was NO! you've had the car all day for a simple oil change.. ***I still am upset about the unresolved ceramic coating that has left my car damaged with swill marks on it, that the body shop states they didn't do, but they weren't there when I brought the car in to get the ceramic coating done but they were there when I looked at the car in the sunlight a few days later. The swirls look EXACTLY like a buffer did it. I don't know why I waste my time on these surveys, when I complain there are no responses or changes. I love the car and the dealership has been very helpful when I drop my car off, but for a simple oil change it shouldn't take all day and not get washed. More
I do not like being charged a 3% fee to use my credit card to pay. That is my preferred payment method and I do not appreciate being charged a ridiculous fee to use it.
