New people & it took 2hours & 45 minutes. Car came back sopping wet & I asked if they could dry it. They did. I noticed that my drivers door was still filthy. Normally would have given more stars but something has changed. I had a scheduled appointment for routine maintenance to change oil and filter, took 2.5hrs !! Usually its 1hr or so.
