I had an issue with the service dept. Dropped my car off at 9:00 AM for routine maintenance, didn't get the car back until almost 2:00 PM. Evidently if you request a loaner car you are moved to the back of the line while all of the "waiters" are taken care of first. Had I been informed of this I would have waited instead of wasting my whole day getting service on my car which only has a little over 8,000 miles. More
