Dealership was unable to fix the problem with the car this time due to manufacturing parts, so on that visit I lost $338.00. To be told the car couldn’t be repaired and had to pay $338.00 for diagnosis c this time due to manufacturing parts, so on that visit I lost $338.00. To be told the car couldn’t be repaired and had to pay $338.00 for diagnosis costs. I could understand if diagnosis was done and I didn’t go through with the repairs I could see paying for diagnosis. Ms.Doreen is very knowledgeable & approachable. You don’t find it at many business these days. The other two guys were also helpful because when I first arrived she was w/another client & they did get the mi find it at many business these days.
