What a waste of time to drive across town and waste hours of work to be told that the recall part isn’t in stock. We live in 2024, based on VIN of vehicle you have to narrow down what exact part my car has of work to be told that the recall part isn’t in stock. If you look up a Dell computer service tag it will tell you exactly what components are on that computer. It’s unacceptable to drive there to be told that my time has been wasted. More
They changed the leaf springs but did not do an alignment afterwards. Now my truck tracks sideways. I still give 5 stars because I don't want to hurt someone's paycheck. It's not the advisor's fault that the tech did not do an alignment after doing suspension work. Doreen also told me that they can't repair my vehicle if I requested a repurchase from GM. This is absolutely not true. In fact, it is opposite the truth. When someone request to have their vehicle repurchased you need to get it fixed quickly so that the repurchase will be denied. You can't just refuse to work on it. That's absolutely stupidity. You do deserve one star for that but I'm not a dick More
