Buick GMC of North Miami

I had an old Jaguar that was on its last leg; I kept putting more and more money into the car. I had in my head that as a home owner I should get some sort of SUV; I was tire of putting mulch and garde putting more and more money into the car. I had in my head that as a home owner I should get some sort of SUV; I was tire of putting mulch and garden supplies in my car; but SUV's are pretty expensive so I was not sure what I should do. Being from South Florida I had known of the Lehman name for years; and I heard a commercial about their Buick GMC store. I decided to take a trip down to the dealership to see what I could afford. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by Larry Russell. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him what I was thinking - some sort of small SUV but I did not want to break the bank. He said the he would get me a great price on my car and get me into exactly the car I could afford and needed. At that point he looked at my old Jag and said "I understand why you cant put mulch in that car...its too classy". So Larry got the keys to the car; and while it was being appraised he took me through the lot. The selection was abit overwhelming; but he kept me focused. We came accross a 2011 GMC Terrain. I really liked the look and the style of the car. He took me on a test drive and I have to say it was love at first "drive"! I had never driven a "truck" before and thought the ride would rough. It wasnt at all. During the test drive Larry was explaining all the features of the vehicle and how the radio worked, how to use the onstar etc. I could not beleive how much he know about the car! I mean how many cars are there on a car lot he know everythign about the car! When we finished the test drive we got back to the dealership and we were getting to the part I was dreading....How much down, what can you afford etc. It was not the case at all. Larry gathered some info from me. He took it to his manager and came back with an offer. It was exactly what I could afford; with was well in my budget I was thrilled! We wrapped up the paperwork and I was out before I knew it. I was prepared for the long haul! I have to say I have had and heard of nightmares in the car purchasing process...but I have to say Larry and the Lehman GMC Buick Team restored my faith. I have told several people that if they are looking for a car...they need to go no where else! I am very pleased with my car! More

My husband did a lot of research to find the best price for a 2013 GMC Denali. We had some concerns from reading the other reviews. Tried to buy a used Lexus from this dealership through eBay. Their asking price was $19,995, I offered them $18.5k, they said sounds good come on in the dealership. When I get there they are talking abo eBay. Their asking price was $19,995, I offered them $18.5k, they said sounds good come on in the dealership. When I get there they are talking about giving to me at my price plus a $1k dealer fee that was not negotiable. Would not get off the dealer fee, even insulted me by telling me that their price is out of my budget. These guys condescend and think they are too good to sell you a vehicle. To make it clear, the book value on this vehicle at the time was around $18k and the car was in their inventory for 2 months at the same price. I don't think my offer was unreasonable, and did not deserve to be treated like I was not good enough to buy the vehicle. More

We recently purchased a used van from Lehman Auto World. Which was the main reason we bought the car along with the price. Very dodgy operators, business manager was robotic in her approach to getting us out the door as quickly as possible as she seemed to busy to care that we had just given them $20k worth of business and were looking to buy a new car as well. Very bad experience, they have no warranties or customer satisfaction guarantees and charge dealer fees. Don' t give these people your money they don't like customers. More
