I have been going to this dealership during four years and I never had issues until the last time that was on 07/15/21 in the morning. That day I had a scheduled appointment and it took more than 2 hours and I never had issues until the last time that was on 07/15/21 in the morning. That day I had a scheduled appointment and it took more than 2 hours for a simple oil change and a tire rotation. Even more, the rotation was not properly done or it was just not done. I marked my car’s tire before I went to the dealer for service. That is why I knew that tire rotation issue. Anyways, When I spoke to the agent and the manager they just tried to justify the delay because of the workload and the tire rotation they kept their position that it was done and ignored me when I told them that my tires were marked by myself before service. Tires were in the same position after my car came out of service and I complained about that.. Then, they rotated the tires but just to satisfy me, but not because the real honest quality of service. Finally, they returned my money , but , honestly that was not the point.Now I doubt to come back there. Bad service!!!! More
