I leased my GMC Terrain from this dealership in 2020. While the truck was being serviced the hood was damaged. They refused to fix it. The next time the door handle was damaged, because the battery died, While the truck was being serviced the hood was damaged. They refused to fix it. The next time the door handle was damaged, because the battery died, and they had to remove the keyhole cover to get into the vehicle. The keyhole cover was put on broken. This time after having the engine replaced the fuel door was missing. My pictures show that their was no damage, my wife took video of the truck on the flat bed with no damage. Their picture showed the gas door missing. Of course they said it wasn't their fault. I find it amazing that my video shows the truck with no damage. This my personal experience. More

We towed our Buick yesterday to get a diagnostic for our car. We figured they are an authorized Buick dealer so they will be best suited to fix the issue. I got a diagnostic that I need to change the timing car. We figured they are an authorized Buick dealer so they will be best suited to fix the issue. I got a diagnostic that I need to change the timing belt and a few other seals and parts. Their initial estimate was $700. Two hours later, they “discovered” a broken bolt. I am 100% sure that they broke the bolt. Previously, they said it was just loose. Multiple diagnoses at this point. When we brought the car, the bolt was not broken (we checked). Then, they tell me it will cost another $1700 plus tax. We told them to not do any work on the car for this price. We arrived the next day to pick up the car. They then gave us a bill of $470. We didn’t authorize any work orders or ask them to fix it since the price was high. We didn’t want to fix it with them anymore and we notified them on the call that we don’t authorize any repairs. Since our vehicle would be held hostage if we didn’t pay, we decided to pay to get it out of their shop. They charged $470 to do absolutely nothing but take a look at the car. Nothing was fixed, and my car was left in parts (not even assembled back). I had to tow the car again. A simple diagnostic fee should have been charged at $155. Again, they raised their estimate from $700 to $1,700 or more and had ZERO work orders signed. I am looking to get a $300 refund out of the $460 charged (and the car wasn't even fixed). I had to pay them because if I didn’t, they would not give me my car keys. But they lowballed me and then held my car hostage. I will try to get my money back by filing with the BBB and then a small claims court. More
