No -customer service ,don’t care after the sales. So disappointed in the Service Department. We purchased a new GMC Terrain Danali in April and with in a week of owning it we had to have the Driver si So disappointed in the Service Department. We purchased a new GMC Terrain Danali in April and with in a week of owning it we had to have the Driver side axl repaired followed by the door handle that fell off, then the passenger side tail light that was full of water. All of these repairs were done at our local GMC service department rather than the Beverton GMC service department. When we noticed the front head lights were out of alignment and the driver side was was sticking out quite a bit farther from the other side. And we seemed to be having the same issue with the passenger side axl as we had with the drivers side. We decided this time to drive the hour and and a half to the beverton service department so we could speak to someone about all the things going wrong with a brand new car. We spoke with the Service manager Eric Trueblood and explained all the issues that were going on and how we were concerned in only a few short months we were having so many problems. We were instantly met with a defensive attitude but they took it and looked it over. We were then told that all of their GMC vehicles were done with the headlight assembly inserted crooked to make it easier to take out. Yes you read that correctly. They insert all of their headlights crooked. Something tells me this is not the only short cut GMC takes. The entire service department at GMC Beaverton ( with the exception of our friendly shuttle driver) just seemed lazy and uninterested in fixing our vehicle. We are Currently having the repairs done at our local Power GMC service department where they are kind, considerate, and have done a great job despite the fact we didn’t even purchase our vehicle from them. Best Car Dealership Experience EVER! I've been buying cars for close to 50 years, and have never been treated so well as I was when I bought my newest car from Buick GMC of Beaverton. Wi I've been buying cars for close to 50 years, and have never been treated so well as I was when I bought my newest car from Buick GMC of Beaverton. With an Uncle who was a NADA President for many years and an in-law who was President of Volkswagen America for many years, I knew what to "keep my eyes opened for" when buying a car, and believe me, I couldn't wait to give this dealership my money. I was treated courteously and professionally on email, on the telephone, and when I got to the dealership. The only gripe I have is with the Parts Department's prices when I asked about buying a spare tire on a rim as the car did not have one when I bought it, and again when I asked about a spare key fob for the car. They seemed to quote prices about 60 to 70% higher than I found by calling around to various local businesses. (That's what dealerships do, so I was prepared for that.) I have recommended Buick GMC of Beaverton many times, and I will never hesitate to do so. They treat you right, they treat you courteously, and they treat you like family. Thank you to everyone there! More

We'll look at GMC Buick for our next vehicle purchase Having just moved back from living overseas, one of the experiences I wasn't looking forward to was purchasing a vehicle and interacting with car deal Having just moved back from living overseas, one of the experiences I wasn't looking forward to was purchasing a vehicle and interacting with car dealers. I did a ton of online research before purchasing and two of the best deals that fit our budget were at GMC so I set up our first appointment for a drive with them. Sam Nejad was our sales rep and he was straight forward, honest, and we felt no pressure whatsoever during the entire deal. Their used car prices were set low and not very negotiable, but we knew that it was a good deal going in. Then......one week later and the engine light went on. I called Sam and two hours later the service department identified the problem. They had me bring the car in and then found that the problem required another part that wasn't onsite. As soon as they discovered this, they gave me a loaner and sent me home. While it's not ideal to run into a problem in the first week with your newly purchased vehicle, the responsiveness, and thoughtfulness shown by our sales rep and service department has been great. We will definitely look at GMC Buick as one of our first options for any future vehicle purchases. More
Worst Customer Service Ever I only wish I could give this dealership a negative number for the review. In all fairness, I will also say my negative experience is related to buying a used car from them and me trying to register the car in another state (WA) so others may or may not experience the horrendously poor costumer service and complete lack of follow through AFTER the point of sale. They told me that in less than 21 days WA state DMV would contact me to come in and get my new plates and registration. Well, after not hearing from anyone after 35 days I contacted the local DMV office and they stated they have received nothing from this dealership. So, I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get answers from the dealership they stated they have not yet received a form from the previous owner that WA state requires to register the vehicle. After I told them I needed another temporary travel permit from then, they said one would be overnighted in the mail. Didn't happen. On the phone again and got the same lame promise, " We are trying to get the documents from the previous owner". I asked, "What is plan B if that does not happen?" They didn't have one. After further firm, but polite complaining from me they again said they would overnight a new temp. travel permit for the vehicle. Three days later it arrived. Still no documents sent to the WA state DMV. You know they charge you a fee for "Title Transfer, etc. I finally decided to file complaints with the BBB and the Oregon Dept of Justice Consumer Affairs/Financial Fraud. Unfortunately, these processes take time. Sadly, they show no desire to help resolve this issue with me. My next move is to contact On Your Side at KATU news. Maybe some negative media attention will light a fire under them, maybe not. These folks are quite skilled in being your pal in order to get your money but their level of customer service is beyond poor. I fully regret doing any business with them at all. More
