Months ago, I noticed this dealership had a car I had been looking for. I made an appointment to see it, and I kept the appointment. I then scheduled another appointment for a test drive so my wife could be there. Once again, I kept my appointment and was on time. I then decided to pay FULL PRICE for this car since I had been looking for one for a while. Months later, the car has been in the shop this whole time, and they refuse to give me the title. I call almost every day for 2 months now, and they are just hanging up on me now. I went to the DMV to file a lost title, and I would need the cooperation of the dealership to make this happen. They refuse to help me. So.... I have a car I can't drive in the shop that isn't mine! THANKS A LOT BUICK GMC OF BEAVERTON. Your lawsuit is coming... More
