They don't care about you! The only thing you need to remember about this dealership is they do not care about their customers. Months ago, I noticed this dealership had a car The only thing you need to remember about this dealership is they do not care about their customers. Months ago, I noticed this dealership had a car I had been looking for. I made an appointment to see it, and I kept the appointment. I then scheduled another appointment for a test drive so my wife could be there. Once again, I kept my appointment and was on time. I then decided to pay FULL PRICE for this car since I had been looking for one for a while. Months later, the car has been in the shop this whole time, and they refuse to give me the title. I call almost every day for 2 months now, and they are just hanging up on me now. I went to the DMV to file a lost title, and I would need the cooperation of the dealership to make this happen. They refuse to help me. So.... I have a car I can't drive in the shop that isn't mine! THANKS A LOT BUICK GMC OF BEAVERTON. Your lawsuit is coming... More

Great Overall Experience Ira (Finance) and Brian (Sales) made our entire deal and trade-in easy and transparent. Even though we live in Arizona, they worked through an agreement that made sense for both parties and even drove our vehicle out to Phoenix for the trade-in exchange. To be honest, we were trying to buy locally here in Arizona, but the staff at Buick GMC of Beaverton made it so clear who we could trust. Great overall experience! More

No -customer service ,don’t care after the sales. So disappointed in the Service Department. We purchased a new GMC Terrain Danali in April and with in a week of owning it we had to have the Driver si So disappointed in the Service Department. We purchased a new GMC Terrain Danali in April and with in a week of owning it we had to have the Driver side axl repaired followed by the door handle that fell off, then the passenger side tail light that was full of water. All of these repairs were done at our local GMC service department rather than the Beverton GMC service department. When we noticed the front head lights were out of alignment and the driver side was was sticking out quite a bit farther from the other side. And we seemed to be having the same issue with the passenger side axl as we had with the drivers side. We decided this time to drive the hour and and a half to the beverton service department so we could speak to someone about all the things going wrong with a brand new car. We spoke with the Service manager Eric Trueblood and explained all the issues that were going on and how we were concerned in only a few short months we were having so many problems. We were instantly met with a defensive attitude but they took it and looked it over. We were then told that all of their GMC vehicles were done with the headlight assembly inserted crooked to make it easier to take out. Yes you read that correctly. They insert all of their headlights crooked. Something tells me this is not the only short cut GMC takes. The entire service department at GMC Beaverton ( with the exception of our friendly shuttle driver) just seemed lazy and uninterested in fixing our vehicle. We are Currently having the repairs done at our local Power GMC service department where they are kind, considerate, and have done a great job despite the fact we didn’t even purchase our vehicle from them.
