I wish I could give this place zero or even minus five stars!!! Unprofessional, irresponsible people work there, especially sale representative Mike! We were interested in RAM truck, that was just posted stars!!! Unprofessional, irresponsible people work there, especially sale representative Mike! We were interested in RAM truck, that was just posted with no pics and few information. When I called to request pics and more information, they said that they haven’t even received that vehicle yet; meanwhile they took my number to call back when truck is here. So, they got the truck, pictures were finally up. Nobody called me back! After pics were posted I called them to make an appointment, however it was a good deal and my husband decided to get there the same day. And we were assured that they would hold that truck, my husband explained that he is leaving work earlier just because to make there on time and we will get there around 3 pm. So we drove almost two and a half hours in order to find out that truck was sold already!!!! In the morning!!!! Really??? And how careless these people are for not even letting us know, so we wouldn’t even get to our car and start driving, and how disrespectful they are for not keeping their word!!!! At least they could have called us and let us know that it was sold before or while we were driving to the dealership. “I am sorry, I will let Mike know that he made a mistake “ that’s all what we got… so angry with this place and people! I’ve never in my life have felt so embarrassed, ridiculed.. I do not recommend going to this dealership. Out of every dealership I’ve been (over 20) this one did it . I went in to see a truck I was ridiculed.. I do not recommend going to this dealership. Out of every dealership I’ve been (over 20) this one did it . I went in to see a truck I was going to trade in my car for , took them a sec to actually acknowledge us standing in the front door . So guy comes & brings the keys too show us the truck , you know we kinda were a lil unsure because honestly out of all the dealership this was the worst customer service we have had .. so we get told to check out the truck because there was more people waiting for the guy , were fine with that, we payed no attention to it . Keep in mind since the first second we were there we felt unwanted , like nobody wanted to help us . So the guy comes back with another guy & hands us off to him because he had to take care of the other people we said okay fine , we didn’t like the first guy anyways .. So at the same time we came another guy came in to see the truck , so as we were giving out our information, some guy who seemed like a manager comes out & tells us “I don’t mean to be rude but there’s another guy wanting to buy the truck but you guys get first pick” . So from there is where it all started , it felt like if we didn’t do something they liked they would just su okay no & just go with the other customer, which is what happened . I had a trade in , my trade in is valued around 40-45k on Kelley blue book , I had some bad equity on it & I accepted it I was fine with it . Bottom line as soon as I told them that they went in & brought me out a paper that said my car was valued at 26k keep in mind the car is in perfect conditions . I get up & I tell them never mind , & we ask for a copy of that paper & the other employee that was working with the other customer about the truck came out running & with his thumbs up basically telling him that we weren’t on the race no more .. as soon as our employee goes into the copy room or what ever it was we hear people cracking up . Just please stay away from these people , worst experience in my life. More

The sales person hardly spoke a few sentences in an hour of the test drive. The car's hood had issues opening. After the drive I expressed my concern about the spongy feeling brake pedal which he just ignor of the test drive. The car's hood had issues opening. After the drive I expressed my concern about the spongy feeling brake pedal which he just ignored blatantly pointing to the Carfax report. "Look at the Carfax report." I asked him if there were any accidents this car had been in. He replies "look at the Carfax report". Now I maybe in my twenties but I do know that not everything that breaks in a car is reported to Carfax. Many dealers are honest about it and tell you if there was any damage that does not show up on the car. Another issue was with transfer of plates. This guy blatantly refused to accept plates from my previous car onto this one. I called the DMV to confirm if i can use the plates from my old car on this new potential car. He said yes that is totally legal and should be done to avoid unnecessary fees. Car buying experience is a stressful process and this sales person just made it more stressful and humiliating for some reason. Never going there again. More
There were so many disappointing things about this purchase, I'll detail the 3 that stand out: 1. We originally bought a SLT sierra that was still in-transit. A couple days after giving them our d purchase, I'll detail the 3 that stand out: 1. We originally bought a SLT sierra that was still in-transit. A couple days after giving them our down payment and signing the paperwork we decided we wanted an AT4 (also in-transit) which meant a bigger price tag and more commission for our salesman, Mike G.. When I asked him if we could switch he said the sales manager might not go for it because changing our minds would make us look like we weren't serious about buying the truck. What? How are we not serious if we already signed for a loan? We were prepared to pay the price difference in cash. When I questioned the finance manager about why Mike would have said that, she said that this had happened in the past and the deal totally fell apart so he was probably afraid to lose the original commission. Obviously, any commission was more important and possibly more commission and a satisfied customer. Turned out it was no problem for the sales manager and we did the paperwork on the AT4. 2. Buick GMC of Beaverton makes a big deal about the fact that they do not mark up their vehicles because of the current shortage. Beware, there's always a catch. If you buy a "In-transit" vehicle from Buick GMC be prepared to wait months. First of all, when you buy a vehicle that's on it's way from the factory, Buick GMC does not take a deposit. They make you do all the paperwork and sign for a loan. Although this wasn't ideal we wanted this specific model and options and with the current shortage we trusted that this was just the way things are in the current market. So we wrote a check for A LOT (tens of thousands) for a downpayment and signed the loan paperwork. We have since learned that this is actual un-ethical practice. We purchased this vehicle that was in-transit in October with an estimated arrival date of November 30th. Mike G. did advise us that there could be a 2-3 week delay past the original ETA. Over the next 3+ months our delivery date changed several times, we were given several different and conflicting explanations at to what was going on. Finally after weeks of calling and being the squeaky wheel they admitted that the vehicle had been sitting in a overflow lot of cars with missing parts and there was no telling when it would arrive. They then finally agreed to compensate us for the unacceptable delay and inconvenience. After all, we were making payments on a truck we didn't have. Finally after almost 4 months (feb), our vehicle arrived. This should have been the end of it and I could have said that we would return to Buick GMC in the future because they did try to make up for the hassle. However once we got the vehicle we found two small dents on the truck. We reported this to our salesman, Mike, it took almost a week for them to "approve" the repairs. They said GM and the dealership had to decide who was going to pay for the repairs. That shouldn't have been a reason for us to have to wait for the repairs to be done. It should have been "come in, we'll fix it" and they can figure out the rest behind the scenes. Well, after having the truck for a week Mike then said they not be fixing one of the dents, insinuating that we caused the damage. We went back and forth for a couple days and they still won't fix it. At this point we're over it and will just pay to get it fixed ourselves. So Buick GMC got lot of money from us and we got a less then pristine truck. I refuse to spend my time squabbling over the measly $200 it going to cost to fix. I'd rather spend the time writing reviews so other will know what to expect and l be filing an consumer complaint with the OR Attorney General, the BBB and GMs CSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey. If you decide to do business with Buick GMC of Beaverton, just know what you might be getting yourself into. More
I purchased a 2022 Sierra truck in September 2021 at which time the salesperson told me that it would take 2-3 weeks, a month max to receive my vehicle off production from Detroit. According to their la which time the salesperson told me that it would take 2-3 weeks, a month max to receive my vehicle off production from Detroit. According to their latest update (which are rare), I will not be getting my new truck until January 2022. In addition, I was lied to by the salesperson as on November 10th, he told me that the truck was on the freight line and would be arriving in 2-3 weeks. The beginning of December came and went, and no truck. The salesperson then told me that the latest update they had was actually November 3rd, and that they were still waiting for parts for the truck. The most frustrating part of this is the dishonesty and lack of transparency from the salesperson and dealership. No one was up front with the production delays and provided false information. I would not recommend working with this dealership. More
