I have tried to reach out to the GMC service department for the last four days. The phone system is a loop into a "Agent will be with you shortly" third party answering service. Leaving a message with them gets no return call. Ask me how I know. My name is Larry Neal you have my info bought a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT 7/9/2020. I am available by phone or email. Corey, Kyle and Nate all have my info and one guy in parts that apparently could've got the job done but was blocked somehow. By the way the parts guy is the only person that has called me back. Like your finance guy says There's no money in yesterdays business If this is how you run your business I am surprised you're in business at all.

This response is a canned message, it’s probably uploaded anytime you are displeased and actually very insincere. I made numerous calls and when I just got an appointment and brought it in I was treated poorly and told I was lying. They left my car a mess during a pandemic after the inspection, knocking out the fuse box cover and leaving plastic in a pile on my front seat. Class act.

I have responded back to the dealership on April 8, 2020 and talked to Andy, he told me Ira is off and he will give him the message to reach out to me so we can settle this matter. Still no response from no one. I have noticed lately their you service and standards have drop dramatically, and once a sale is done you are done with that client it seems especially the first time buyers like my self and others who have recently commented on this page.
