Buyers beware I bought a used 18 Ford F150 drove it home 5 hours. Later found the spare wheel and tire is not there. On the used car inspection sheet the spare wheel and tire was said to be present and the 5 hours. Later found the spare wheel and tire is not there. On the used car inspection sheet the spare wheel and tire was said to be present and the tire tread is over 5 32nds and the tire pressure is set. So I contacted my salesman Michael about getting them to provide me with a spare wheel and Michael said is this the truck that we discounted? Yes it is but what does that have to do with the spare tire not being present when your inspection said it was and I read the inspection sheet before I bought the truck. One week later they had not gotten me an answer, so I had to contact him again. Michael talked to the sales manager Kyle and they said they would not do anything about the missing spare wheel and tire. Disappointing they would not step up and replace the spare wheel and tire witch the inspection said it had! So beware people! More

It was a sleezy process that reminded me of buying a vehicle 25 years ago. Unfortunately they had one of two pickups in the state that was setup the way I wanted it so I proceeded with the purchase. I will never step foot in their dealership again. I next bought some matching wheel well covers from them. First the parts were sent to the wrong location. When they eventually came in they were damaged. It is now a month later and I am still trying to get them replaced. I have placed multiple times with no return call. It looks like I will have to go to small claims court to get this resolved. More
Oil change, change my respect for this dealer I schedule a routine oil change, upon arrival I presented a service coupon card that was mailed to me. The service advisor said "Oh I can do better than that." So I went into the waiting area for my service to be preformed. Service Advisor came to the waiting area, letting me know my vehicle was ready to be delivered. After paying for services and was in my vehicle I notice that the paper work showed standard oil. This raised a concern as I have always used the synthetic oil change in the past, went back to the service advisor and asked about what oil they used to complete this service. Advisor said "standard oil" I asked about my records on file and what they said. The advisor said the records has synthetic oil and the time before that was standard oil. I said that I had always had the synthetic oil change before! Service advisor said it has flipped back and forth, between synthetic and standard oil. I went home to check my records of services preformed in the past. All my records show that I was billed for synthetic oil changes every time I had the oil changed. Looking back at my experience arriving for my appointment. My advisor asked for my name, phone number and then E-mail address, then asking if it is my first time there? Nope, I purchase my vehicle from this dealer in 2012 and have had ALL my services preformed at the Beaverton location. So 100% of vehicle history is at this location. Long story short: this event has changed my mind about customer care and honest service provided. More details available if interested that changed my mind about trusting this dealer. I made my last visit here and will be moving on to another service provider. Interesting most of my friends have GMC's purchased at the Beaverton location. Me and my friends are moving onto another dealer!!! More
I purchased a car from them, they damaged it during oil change and refuse to do the right thing. It’s less than 100.00 in parts to fix the oil pan they over tightened and regardless of cost they should hav change and refuse to do the right thing. It’s less than 100.00 in parts to fix the oil pan they over tightened and regardless of cost they should have done the right thing. I didn’t discover it, another shop did, two shops say it was from over tightening the plug More
A great place to go if you want to be treated like a walking wallet, not a person. If you're looking for an "old-fashioned" car buying experience where you deal with three or four overbearing salesmen f walking wallet, not a person. If you're looking for an "old-fashioned" car buying experience where you deal with three or four overbearing salesmen for hours on end, haggling their financing down through progressively less awful terms, this is the place for you. This was my first experience buying a car, and it wasn't pleasant. The salesman was polite enough to start, but very anxious to get me to a sale. I then spent a mind-numbing two hours as three different people conferred "in the back room" and came out with awful, and then less awful, financing offers. When I said I just wanted to buy the car, that I brought my own financing and I'd need to leave because I was going to be late for my work (I was), the salesman Andy said "fine, leave. We move thousands of cars a month". Nothing like being told directly that they don't care about you. When I gave them my information, they took my address down wrong. I corrected this, and they brought it out incorrect again. I confirmed the correct address with them verbally and also wrote it down two more times. When I saw they had it wrong on another form and I pointed it out, they said "don't worry boss, we got it right on the forms for the DMV". Well no, they didn't. The DMV sent my registration to the wrong address. Now I have to correct this, because emails to them have gone unanswered. Why pay their paperwork fee if I'm going to end up doing it all myself anyway? They never gave me a follow-up call or email. Never checked in to see how I liked my car. Once they had my money they ghosted. I guess they aren't interested in any future business from me or from anyone I know. Bottom line: if you want to feel disrespected, deal with overbearing salesmen, and do your own legwork correcting their mistakes, this is the place for you. If you want a positive, enjoyable car buying experience, go literally anywhere except a Lithia dealership, and this one in particular. More
I went into this dealership ready to buy. Had a 2020 elevation diesel as the truck I wanted. Signed and paid my down payment without driving on assumption it’s new it’s going to be great. Was called and elevation diesel as the truck I wanted. Signed and paid my down payment without driving on assumption it’s new it’s going to be great. Was called and told it was on the dock in Mexico and it was taken off the website. So,sounds legit right? Ok, I accepted another truck that was the same just different color and was gas. Do t get me wrong, I am perfectly happy and excited to get what i got. But, I checked the dealers website a couple day’s later boom the truck i went there for was back on the website. Was I baited and switched? I honestly don’t know, was I switched to a less expensive truck, with a higher apr yes so, got screwed there. Plus, when I mentioned royal Moore might have a diesel why can’t you call and see, the sales person without thinking said they are closed.. well if they were closed beaverton Buick gmc would be too..plus website said open and I drove by them, was it a tactic or kust a outright lie? Plus,I felt not wanted and my business wasn’t important. I seen 2 salesmen talking bad about customers behind their backs when they went to look at a like suv. They almost got caught i was laughing to myself..One thing I must say that is extremely positive is I had running boards put on because the truck i wanted wasnt "shipping anytime soon". Bottom line is I got what I wanted a beautiful new truck, I was the easiest customer they could have had, I didn’t negotiate with them over trade in or price it was a smooth 4 square and done on 2nd pencil. Could they be better yes, salesperson could spend the time talking to their customers instead of talking to coworkers making the customer feel like they meant nothing. i also witnessed a sexual harassment act to my salesperson by the cadi dealer side salesmen it was definately a unwanted act by her reaction and the 2 guys just laughed as she had to backtrack because one if them put his legs on a new car to block her path..such immature and unprofessional antics are for teenagers and 20 somethings they were as old as me (52) or older. The sales team could be more friendly. I give high marks because they are better then most but could be better I spent 38,900 dollars atleast I can be treated like I am important customer. The immature antics make me wonder if corporate knows how childish those guys and how unwanted the attention was wanted by my salesperson. I dont need to a manager, thats the salespersons job, i was just a witness to it. More
Not Honest Worthy Bought a nice car, but needed tires ask if they can go down on price but they said it is already at the lowest price, they would not budge on price, Bought a nice car, but needed tires ask if they can go down on price but they said it is already at the lowest price, they would not budge on price, when I got home a few hours later I looked at the car online and it was 1000 dollars cheaper then what I payed (same day). I called to ask them about this but no one would return my call until 24 hours later (which in Oregon you have 24 hours to return a car) and they said there was nothing they could do about it. ( Would not own up to it) So BE AWARE!!! With COVID 19 and many people out of work they could have worked with me. I feel it was unethical of them not to give me the Internet price. More

Called on a Toyota Sienna with low miles. Was told it was representative of a car with 26000 miles on it "normal wear and tear" was sent pictures of the vehicle from every angle. We were told the price and i representative of a car with 26000 miles on it "normal wear and tear" was sent pictures of the vehicle from every angle. We were told the price and it was a non negotiable price. This was the exact color and trim level we had been looking for and were willing to pay a little more for the right everything. We picked up a cashiers check from our bank, arrange insurance and headed the 5.5 hour drive to pick up our new, to us, van. My wife is 6 months along and this was to going to be our growing family van. We arrive at the dealership and within 2 minute realized we had been mislead as to the condition of the van. I was in near tears and unable to talk. The salesman acted confused and asked what the deal was. I pointed out the obvious damage to the front of the vehicle and he said he had never seen that before. The pictures he sent were all of full vehicle except the one of the front right of the vehicle, it magically cuts off the damage area. There were other areas of concern on the vehicle but the deal breaker was the obvious misleading and having us drive 5.5 hours to see a vehicle that was not as represented. Don't jeopardize your families safety to a dealership that cannot be honest about something so blatant. Makes you wonder about the things you cannot see! More
