Had a rare positive experience with a dealership. Brock and the entire team were upfront and honest with us. We got the truck we wanted at exactly the price we wanted. No BS and no price changes! Purchased a new truck from Jason in the experience could not have been better. I dont even know where to start with this. If you are looking to buy a vehicle here run!!!! I bought a truck and a little after a month check engine light comes on and starts shifting bad. Take it back to the dealership and they tell me it needs a whole new transmission. After a couple of coupons it would be $6000. No way that they didn't know it was going out. They knew that they were selling me a vehicle with a major issue. After lots of arguing back and forth they go to fix the vehicle(at my cost). They give me a loaner car that had 53 miles to empty, the person before me left trash and long blond hair all over the interior, and grass covering the floor boards. Not even a care to wipe the oily fingerprints from the stereo before giving it to me. Just what I wanted during a pandemic. Long story short do NOT buy a vehicle here. Never felt so screwed by a dealership in my life. More

I bought my used car here in May, and I had a lovely experience - the sales team was fabulous. When I bought my car decided to purchase lifetime oil changes. I have now taken my car in twice to have th experience - the sales team was fabulous. When I bought my car decided to purchase lifetime oil changes. I have now taken my car in twice to have the oil changed, and both times the service has been poor. The first time I scheduled my oil change, I called and scheduled it over the phone, and I asked for the cabin air filter to be replaced. When I took my car in to have it serviced, I wasn't greeted and it almost felt like the service members tried to look the other way. There was about three other customers waiting with me and none of us had been helped. After someone finally acknowledge the customers -- i repeated that I would like an oil change, and the cabin air filter replaced. The service advisor that helped me said maybe three words. "ok" "yes" "thank you" At most dealerships when you have an oil change done - they let you know if any other repairs need to be done to your car. Well not in this case. I also had to call to see if my car was done, as I was never notified. When I went to pick up my car - the same service advisor helped me. He didn't give me a summary of what they did to my car or say much of anything. "here is your key" I also discovered that they didn't replace the cabin air filter -- instead they replaced the engine air filter. And I only discover this when i took my car somewhere else to have an inspection done - because i wasn't provided on with the service here. I did call and speak to someone about this after being passed around on the phone several times from parts to service to managers voicemail - back to service - and they told me that I had scheduled online and selected the engine air filter, and I said that I had called to schedule. No one apologized for the mistake. No one confirmed with me about which air filter I was paying for at the time of check in or check out. Next time I will be sure to verify. I left the dealership feeling ignored and as if my business to them didn't matter. Recently, I had taken it back in for another oil change, and I was greeted this time! And I was assured that I would received a text message with my inspection report which the advisor would go over with me. I did not receive an inspection report. But I did receive a call that my car was ready ---- so a minor improvement. When I purchased the "lifetime oil changes" the sales person said that this gives BUICK GMC the opportunity to earn my business for repairs. My experiences with the service department have been well below that I would expect. They have not earned my business - The lifetime oil changes i purchased are supposed to be good at any Lithia dealer - i think i will be finding another one in the area. Maybe I should adjust what to expect of this dealership compared to the service I have received else where. I understand that there are bad days where things go wrong, but after two bad visits and several phone calls and poor customer service, this seems to be more of a pattern than just a bad day. More

I bought a used Dodge Journey from Buick GMC, about a week into owning it I noticed the car started jerking when switching into gears and the ac starting buzzing very loudly when it was on, so I called t week into owning it I noticed the car started jerking when switching into gears and the ac starting buzzing very loudly when it was on, so I called them and took it in to get it checked out. They gave me a rental car and on the second day the cars check engine light came on and wouldn't let me go over 20 mph. So I take the rental in on the second day and get my Dodge Journey back- they tell me nothing is wrong with it and only found that the latch on the passenger door needs to be replaced. As soon as I pull out of the parking lot of the dealership it starts to jerk AGAIN. I go back and tell the lady that was in the dealership that I wanted to see what my options are getting a different car- she tells me basically none, I had to have the car for at least 6 months to be able to trade it in. About a week later my family and I went camping and on the way back the car started shaking very badly if I went over 50 mph and the lights kept flashing that the doors were open- they were not! So I call the dealership back and ask to speak with the manager I let him know of the problems, he tells me to come in and he will try to get me into another car. My husband and I went that same day.. We test drove a couple of different cars- one of which the check engine light was on!! We ended up getting a Lincoln Navigator. The process took about 5 hours total to switch cars and leave the dealership. The gentleman that was helping us was not very helpful. I didn't understand the process because I have never had this happen to me before and Ive purchased from dealerships several times. He seemed very annoyed when we asked him questions. During the month in a half I owned the journey I had made a down payment and made several payments equalling to an additional $600.. when I got the new car I had to put down another $4000.. not sure what happened to the money from the Journey- he did a very poor job explaining everything. Needless to say I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Buick GMC nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing. More

Called the number I was given should I have any problems and was met with a voicemail that said do not leave a message try someone else. I emailed said person and was told they would take care of it personally. Got a call from someone else that said bring it in on Tuesday. 7/14/2020 On Tuesday got there to discover I had no appointment (wonder why I could not bring it in Friday and leave with no appointment) and the third party that met with me Tuesday since the other two guys were off that day says they have no idea when it will be looked at or done. Then gives me keys to some used car they are selling with 36000 miles on it and not enough gas to get home and back and no room for my family to go on vacation camping. Great job so far.... 7/15/2020 Wednesday update by text message: Waiting on parts 7/16/2020 Thursday text update: Still waiting on parts I call to find out about rotors form the parts dept. They say we can get them today and we will try and get the truck done today. 7/17/2020 Friday update: still waiting on parts (ridiculous) This is a GMC dealer that proclaims to be the largest in the area but they do not have rotors for their own GMC trucks and cannot get them in? I wish I could just return the truck and forget I ever did business here. Instead I have a truck I have not been able to drive since I bought it. This dealership is terrible and once the sale is made they don't give a crap about the customer. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! DO NOT GET REPAIRS HERE!!! DO NOT BUY LAD STOCK!!! More
Buyers beware I bought a used 18 Ford F150 drove it home 5 hours. Later found the spare wheel and tire is not there. On the used car inspection sheet the spare wheel and tire was said to be present and the 5 hours. Later found the spare wheel and tire is not there. On the used car inspection sheet the spare wheel and tire was said to be present and the tire tread is over 5 32nds and the tire pressure is set. So I contacted my salesman Michael about getting them to provide me with a spare wheel and Michael said is this the truck that we discounted? Yes it is but what does that have to do with the spare tire not being present when your inspection said it was and I read the inspection sheet before I bought the truck. One week later they had not gotten me an answer, so I had to contact him again. Michael talked to the sales manager Kyle and they said they would not do anything about the missing spare wheel and tire. Disappointing they would not step up and replace the spare wheel and tire witch the inspection said it had! So beware people! More

It was a sleezy process that reminded me of buying a vehicle 25 years ago. Unfortunately they had one of two pickups in the state that was setup the way I wanted it so I proceeded with the purchase. I will never step foot in their dealership again. I next bought some matching wheel well covers from them. First the parts were sent to the wrong location. When they eventually came in they were damaged. It is now a month later and I am still trying to get them replaced. I have placed multiple times with no return call. It looks like I will have to go to small claims court to get this resolved. More
