Arrogant Walked in, Michael/Mike asked if he could help us; we told him what we needed and our ceiling. He said no negotiation, prices are what they are. He said he knows what the other dealers sell for so Buick GMC Beaverton is FIRM. He was uncaring, and extremely arrogant. We walked out and down the street to another dealership with a most pleasant and professional sales person. Yes we will spend our money at this new place. I've already told 12 people not to buy from Buick GM Canyon Rd and I'll reach out to as many as I can. Apparently, my money is not good for these people. More

The buying experience was OK, but then things went downhill. After I picked up the car I discovered items they had missed or lied about on the inspection (cruise control broken, but they marked it as inspected), and they did an absolutely terrible job "detailing" the car. Crushed cookies, melted candy, and misc trash under the seats an in the ash trays (anywhere not immediately noticeable). They promised to order and send me a manual and now 4 months later I don't have a manual and they ignore my emails and phone calls. Would NEVER deal with again. More
