Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please, do not waste your time ever going to this dealership! Today was the worst experience working with a dealership. Too many things went wrong to list out but I will start with the salesman who could not find the key to the jeep I drove to that specific lot to see. After 30 minutes of " looking for the key" he then told me the jeep I wanted was only on the lot to bring in customers to buy the more expensive cars. As I was leaving the lot one of the vehicles for sale blocked my car in. I asked a nearby salesman if he could help me leave. He told me "not my job" as he laughed and walked away. I left this lot in tears. Worst treatment. Don't go !! More

Awesome Purchase Experience ! I did my research, looking for the best price for the vehicle I wanted. Buick GMC of Beaverton listed it for $4,000 less than anyone else I checked. My truck was waiting for me to inspect upon arrival. It was exactly what I wanted. She was a no nonsense professional. Never tried to talk me into an upgrade. She answered my questions, got a very good trade-in deal for my old pickup, and directed me to the Finance Manager. Salah Husein filled out the paperwork and explained it carefully. He was honest and simplified the procedure for me. This is the first time I purchased a vehicle without my husband. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Buick GMC of Beaverton. Ask for Brandi Snook to assist you in your search for the perfect vehicle. My 2016 Sierra 2500HD 4WD Crew Cab SLE is MY "dream come true". Buyer Beware ! I would not presume to tell you where to spend your money, so this is a reflection of our experience with the sales personnel and department. Hindsigh I would not presume to tell you where to spend your money, so this is a reflection of our experience with the sales personnel and department. Hindsight forces my regret at not having looked closer at the reviews to understand the dealerships true attitude and practices. We certainly would have gone elsewhere! Given the incredible choice when it comes to spending your money, we contend that you will find a far more relaxing and efficient process elsewhere – buyer beware! Disabled parking is provided, but in NOT keeping with the intent of the Americans with Disabilities Act. This dealership uses demarcated disabled parking as additional parking for their show vehicles and clients that are not authorized and have no legitimate reason to use this space. Thus despite having all the permits and relevant identification to use this marked parking – as a certified combat disabled veteran – the advice we received when we asked the sales personnel about how I should park without damaging my or another vehicle (given that they had just directed another vehicle to illegally park in the disabled parking zone), their response was to ignore the problem and literally walk away. Should a manager not have sincerely apologized about this “ongoing problem they have with some of their sales staff” – we would have walked away already. However, I felt it was only fair to give them a chance to resolve the problem. Huge mistake. Trust your intuition - which will be screaming ‘leave this place now’! That scenario is a reflection of their level of concern about people struggling with disabilities, as well as their concerns for the protection and safeguarding of any of the vehicles left on their lot. To further highlight this same attitude, damage to the vehicle we were interested in was hidden to the best of their ability. Despite several questions about any possible damage to the vehicle – you guessed it – they simply tried to hid it and dismiss any concerns. Once confronted, they agreed that it was unacceptable and offered to repair the damage in full and paint the affected area. Many weeks later, despite receiving written confirmation of the need to repair the damage to our vehicle, we are still struggling to get it resolved. Rather, upon receipt of the vehicle we noticed two additional areas of damage sustained whilst the vehicle was left for the initial repairs! The dealerships attitude post-sales are the worse I have ever had to deal with. Literally constant excuses, and no real viable solution, have us sincerely regretting ever having spent any money at this location. Which seems to be an ongoing trend if you read the reviews! My advice is look around, this dealership is only interested in you so long as you have a pending sale, after that you are little more than an inconvenience and irritation to deal with. There are far too many dealerships that deserve your hard earned money, that will actually treat you with decency and efficiency. My advice is reward those that display the respect you deserve and the fact that you are spending tens of thousands of your dollars to keep their dealership afloat! More
Great Experience I took my Yukon in for an oil change, Katie a service adviser told me that my 30K fluid change is due. So I scheduled my fluids change on another day due to my commitments already scheduled on my oil change day. Brought back my Yukon for the fluids change and had my passenger mirror worked on, due to not responding to my mirror controls. I asked Katie about my extended warranty coverage for the mirror. Katie said she would check with the company that sold me the extended warranty. During the day Katie called me to let me know that the mirror is covered with the extended warranty and that the mechanic found a broken motor mount. I said let's get it all repaired while the Yukon was in for repairs. Over all my experience was excellent with Katie and the services provided. I feel like they are looking out for the customer! More
