I had been in to the dealership once to look at and test drive the car. He was nice at first. I told him I would think about the car and get back to him. After that, our communication was strictly through text messaging. I texted him my offer price for the car: 1) he didn’t like my offer and said he would not take my offer to his sales manager. When I told him I found other dealerships with same car same everything, year, package, miles, etc., but priced lower, he wanted proof. So I sent him the links of these cars from other dealerships. He criticized my efforts and picked apart everything about the cars and those other dealers. I told him then that I would just move on and purchase the car elsewhere. 2) Alexander said that if I come back in and want to discuss pricing he was sure his managers would move on the price a bit if I was ready to buy. I replied that I WAS ready to buy, but I would just go elsewhere to purchase a car. 3) Then Alexander accused me of be too cheap and I quote Alexander: “ you thought you could find this car cheaper elsewhere to justify a massive discount but you were wrong. And now behaving as a child would, you are suddenly ready to buy elsewhere.” I cannot believe this! Alexander was so rude, disrespectful, condescending, and definitely unprofessional. Is this the type of people this dealership chooses to represent them. Do they not care about their reputation or customer satisfaction? I just said “ I’d go elsewhere”. I didn’t expect to be hit with such belittling and disrespectful remarks for choosing to go somewhere else. And as if he thought I would do any further business with Beaverton Buick GMC, he continued with if I was going to move forward with purchasing a car from them I would have to speak to another salesperson, Leo, whom he “just filled in”. Then Alexander gave me Leo’s number and told me: “Unless you’re sitting in our dealership, ready to buy, he will not be discussing pricing with you. If you want a discount, you can do it with Leo in-person.” As if I would waist my time with anyone from their dealership after this treatment. Is it the fact that I’m a woman that he thinks I can be treated in this manner or is it because I’m a woman of color? And I tried yesterday to report this unpleasant and disrespectful interaction to the dealership’s manager but I kept getting the runaround. Persistence got me in touch with the voicemail of Eric Lovejoy. So I left a message but haven’t heard back. Please Do Not Buy from Buick GMC of Beaverton. And as you can see from other low scores for this store, I’m not the only one to have issues with this dealership and I didn’t buy a car from them. More

The warranty company (Lithuanian) had not had time to even have received my contract. When inquiring when payment could be expected was told “UP TO 6 WEEKS”! Why? Why…why…why???? 6 weeks has come and gone and at the 7 week mark I contacted Lithia. Oh, it’s in progress of review! ??????? …and I could expect receipt of the funds IN FULL with two weeks. Let’s review the math…from “up to 6 weeks…to 7 weeks and no funds…to being told by Lithia that it could be another 2 as it makes its way through REVIEW? 6+1+2 looks like 9. 9 weeks to receive my premium when notified over 1 WEEKEND that contract was being cancelled. This is ROBBERY folks and I hold Beaverton Buick/GMC responsible for this HORRIBLE experience. Why to they promote (heavily) this horrible product. They are NOT customer service oriented that is for sure. Go elsewhere!!!!!! There are other Buick/GMC dealerships close by. More
I inquired about a truck, I was contacted about the truck. Sales asked for trade info, and got my info on the phone for a credit app. I asked them to run my credit but please don’t shop it. See if we could do a deal with the terms I asked for. In a matter of hours they did a credit check and shopped it 5 or 6 times, 24 hrs later I got a notification they shopped it 4 or 5 more times. I had to call them and ask what was up. Sales was rude and told me I should be happy with the terms. It wasn’t what I wanted. Told me that I didn’t want to get in a pissing match with them after I confronted them about over shopping it. I will never trust Lithia dealerships again if this is how they conduct business. All I wanted was a simple resolution to the situation. I wasn’t about to buy with them. I have purchased many cars from lithia dealerships but this dealership failed on Honesty, communication and integrity goes a long ways and they made sure I was asking way to much. More

He refused to run the numbers to see what I can get for my trade in. He started to get aggressive by telling us, we don't do negotiations here! I don't go back-and-forth to my manager's office! The numbers you see are the numbers you get! We buy low and we sell low! Although their truck was a 2013 and it showed on car gurus almost $9000 overpriced. He kept refusing to give me a quote on my 2021 truck. At this time he had already gone to his manager three times. We were getting annoyed and he was getting upset, pushy, and aggressive. He finally came back with a number for my truck and took a phone call that lasted at least 10 minutes while we were waiting. We were very annoyed and wanted to leave, so we waited for him to get back because it was the right thing to do. We didn't agree on the numbers, they were way off from what we wanted, so when he got back we told him that we were leaving and he replied, OK BYE! While driving away, he jumped in front of our car and told us that we can have the numbers we want. We simply and politely apologized and declined the offer. Simply because of the experience! P.S. We never tried to low ball them, we were being reasonable and his final offer proves it. More
I live in Montana and bought my second Buick from Beaverton GMC. I got a great deal on both my cars. It was very simple, I picked out the car and the out the door price was way better than I could Beaverton GMC. I got a great deal on both my cars. It only took four or five phone calls and in less than an hour of my time I had the deal done. I dealt with Nasim (I think that is how you spell his name). Great guy. More
Eight days ago, on 10/22/2023 I purchased brand new 2024 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4X AEV edition from GMC Beaverton, OR at their asking inflated 10K over MSRP price. We live in WA and barely an hour into the GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4X AEV edition from GMC Beaverton, OR at their asking inflated 10K over MSRP price. We live in WA and barely an hour into the drive the entire vehicle started shaking like it was driving on hexagon wheels. It was too late to call the dealer since it had closed for the day. I figured the brand new heavy duty tires were at fault; called the dealer on Monday and they asked me to take it to my local GMC dealer who confirmed the issue to be tires with flat spots. The Beaverton dealer still not wanting to do anything, asked me to take the vehicle to yet another large dealer who also confirmed within minutes that the tires had flat spots on them and that even driving almost 600 miles by this time, these flat spots are likely permanent. Yet again GMC Buick Beaverton refused to help and asked I reach out to local dealer for replacement tire claim etc. and it appears no dealer or warehouse has those tires. In over eight days I have yet to enjoy driving this vehicle; GMC Buick Beaverton have shown me the "middle finger" and have left me to figure out my own solution, claim etc. from other dealers who have little incentive to assist since they did not make the sale. PLEASE AVOID a purchase of any vehicles from GMC BUICK OF BEAVERTON. They will take your hard earned money and leave you HIGH AND DRY when asking for support. More
