We also provided you with the information about the issues that you mentioned in your review during our initial dealings about the vehicle. We do not have any hidden fees; licensing charges are standard for any purchase, and we make sure to disclose these charges. For out of state buyers can have different fees that vary by county, and we do our best to present these accurately. If we collect anything extra, it is always refunded back to the customer or their lienholder. When you called in about the issues you mentioned and mentioned making a poor review, I was notified, and I offered my email and direct number to you so we could discuss these issues.
