Normally a five-star rating for the service department. Going to be honest about this last--and unusually different--service department visit. I brought the car in for an oil change/tire rotation and a hea Going to be honest about this last--and unusually different--service department visit. I brought the car in for an oil change/tire rotation and a heated steering wheel retrofit. Everything went well with the visit being completed in 75 minutes. I got in my car and before I could leave the parking lot a plastic part from under the steering wheel column fell off landing on my feet. I parked. Went in and got Tony and the issue was immediately fixed. A few minutes later I leave again, this time making it out of the parking lot and onto the local toll road. I had not gotten more than one mile and I noticed my steering wheel was off center. I had to steer about 5-10 degrees left to go straight. Back to the dealership again. Tony immediately addressed the issue, and I was off again on the toll road headed home. Like I said this is not an ordinary experience with the dealership or their service department. But this time unfortunately things didn't go exactly right. More
