i went to go get my oil change and they offered me a free car wash. i ended up sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours and when they heard my husband complaining about how long it was taking donnie came up t car wash. i ended up sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours and when they heard my husband complaining about how long it was taking donnie came up to me to tell us that our car was almost done and that they were running it through the car wash. 15 minutes go by and we get our keys back and our car wasn’t even washed… like at all. why would they offer a car wash unsolicited, say that our car was about to be washed, and then not even wash the car. it makes absolutely no sense.
