Was quoted one price in charge $300 more. OK than 891 repair and had to pay 1150 when I got to the dealership. It was 15 minutes before minutes before closing because I had just gotten off of work so they were all glaring at me as if I had the nerve to be there. Then they lost my keys. Also, they destroyed my brakes. My brakes were working perfectly fine before I get there but all of a sudden they sent me a quote saying that they’re terrible. They weren’t terrible. I just had them checked three weeks ago. I have to go elsewhere and spend $600 to get my brakes fixed. Do not recommend! I will never ever ever ever ever go here again and I’ll be sure to tell people not to. More
I already responded to a survey from you right after my visit. I expressed my dissatisfaction at waiting 3 hours for my car to be done with no updates on progress. When I inquired at the billing window for visit. I expressed my dissatisfaction at waiting 3 hours for my car to be done with no updates on progress. When I inquired at the billing window for someone to check, it was discovered it had not even been started yet. No one had bothered to tell me that. I sat for 3 hours! After I was told it had not even been started, I was offered a ride home and then back when it was completed. That could have been done if anyone was checking on the status. I received a text when I sat in the waiting room that advised I could text anytime for status. I did that about 2 hours in. I got a response that she “couldn’t find the mechanic and would check back in a few minutes”. She never did check back. Again, I already communicated this to you on a survey request I received a day or two after this all occurred. I am satisfied with the work done, but I believe your staff needs improvement in communications. More
