As you may recall, we also performed an important manufacturer recall, which was a software update, during your oil change visit. Unfortunately, that particular update is one of the more lengthy ones. In regards to the DEF, you are correct that would be included in your first service. I'm so sorry if we missed that. Buick GMC Brooksville has a long standing history in the community of offering exceptional customer service. That said, we are certainly not perfect. These concerns ARE in fact as a result of the overpriced repairs that I paid for in August. Typical response that you cannot replicate then. My car sounds TERRIBLE when the a/c is on-it makes noises that it NEVER did before you guys worked on it. In addition to the fact that my stereo speakers vibrate now since you would have pulled the front dash off to do the evaporator core! I have heard it, my daughter has heard it. You DO NOT stand behind the work that you do and when you mess things up you do not make it right. All I get from you is excuses and horrible customer service.
