I already responded to a survey from you right after my visit. I expressed my dissatisfaction at waiting 3 hours for my car to be done with no updates on progress. When I inquired at the billing window for visit. I expressed my dissatisfaction at waiting 3 hours for my car to be done with no updates on progress. When I inquired at the billing window for someone to check, it was discovered it had not even been started yet. No one had bothered to tell me that. I sat for 3 hours! After I was told it had not even been started, I was offered a ride home and then back when it was completed. That could have been done if anyone was checking on the status. I received a text when I sat in the waiting room that advised I could text anytime for status. I did that about 2 hours in. I got a response that she “couldn’t find the mechanic and would check back in a few minutes”. She never did check back. Again, I already communicated this to you on a survey request I received a day or two after this all occurred. I am satisfied with the work done, but I believe your staff needs improvement in communications. More

I’ve been dealing with Donnie Pelham since I bought a GMC Terrain in 2012. I’ve been satisfied with the service I’ve gotten. 3.5 hours for an oil change is kind of crazy. Declined the car wash to save time and I also don’t like other people washing my car. Somehow it ended up getting washed which took extra time. Was driving away from the dealership when I realized they didn’t fill my diesel exhaust fluid (a service that was always included in my oil changes). Not sure if they just forgot or didn’t bother checking. Will not be returning ever. More
Service team and manager is inept, too expensive, horrible service and communications. Heaven help you if you ever have to go back to them about work you paid for that was done improperly and ask th horrible service and communications. I spent $5,000 on an air conditioner repair and the car is messed up! Of course, they are so bad they can’t figure out that there is anything wrong with it even though since they worked on it, the stereo rattles, the engine makes funny noises every time the a/c is on and runs rough. Thanks for taking an exorbitant amount of money and being a terrible service repair shop. Never, never use them! More
