Service team and manager is inept, too expensive, horrible service and communications. Heaven help you if you ever have to go back to them about work you paid for that was done improperly and ask th horrible service and communications. Heaven help you if you ever have to go back to them about work you paid for that was done improperly and ask them to rectify. Totally unprofessional company. I spent $5,000 on an air conditioner repair and the car is messed up! Of course, they are so bad they can’t figure out that there is anything wrong with it even though since they worked on it, the stereo rattles, the engine makes funny noises every time the a/c is on and runs rough. Thanks for taking an exorbitant amount of money and being a terrible service repair shop. Never, never use them! More

3.5 hours for an oil change is kind of crazy. Declined the car wash to save time and I also don’t like other people washing my car. Somehow it ended up getting washed which took extra time. Was driving away from the dealership when I realized they didn’t fill my diesel exhaust fluid (a service that was always included in my oil changes). Not sure if they just forgot or didn’t bother checking. Will not be returning ever. More
