I already responded to a survey from you right after my visit. I expressed my dissatisfaction at waiting 3 hours for my car to be done with no updates on progress. When I inquired at the billing window for someone to check, it was discovered it had not even been started yet. No one had bothered to tell me that. I sat for 3 hours! After I was told it had not even been started, I was offered a ride home and then back when it was completed. That could have been done if anyone was checking on the status. I received a text when I sat in the waiting room that advised I could text anytime for status. I did that about 2 hours in. I got a response that she “couldn’t find the mechanic and would check back in a few minutes”. She never did check back. Again, I already communicated this to you on a survey request I received a day or two after this all occurred. I am satisfied with the work done, but I believe your staff needs improvement in communications. More
