Showed up for scheduled appointment 15 minutes early for new tires. Was notified nearly 2 hours later that the wrong sized tires were ordered. Also was informed that the 15% discount that was emailed to me new tires. Was notified nearly 2 hours later that the wrong sized tires were ordered. Also was informed that the 15% discount that was emailed to me isn’t applicable to new tires. Guess I didn’t read the fine print. Email stated .15% off of recommended service, which this was! Wasted gas, a trip and about a half day of my time and didn’t even get a car wash out for my troubles! Very disappointing experience to say the least. More

Brought my truck into be checked out I am a mechanic myself told them everything that I have done up to the point and cannot solve the problem they told me that I needed an engine well guess what that t myself told them everything that I have done up to the point and cannot solve the problem they told me that I needed an engine well guess what that truck is now going down the road perfectly fine. I told them I needed my computer checked calibrated because the truck had sat for year not been cranked so it probably lost all its power lost information they told me everything was fine. I told them I already did a compression and leak down test on cylinder 5. My truck had a misfire they continue to tell me they did the same test I did but got different results told me I needed a motor and we're going to charge me $11,000 what a joke this place is More

Was given the smallest rental and I drive a Yukon XL. Had to shove 4 people and 2 car seats (one in the trunk). They didn’t wash the truck once it was “fixed”. I was told the noise might come back and they will oil the problem 3 times b4 they could come up with the “repair” …. I was told I needed to pay over 100$ to get my driver seatbelt that’s broken looked at and then we could take a look at the cost. Needless to say I still don’t have a working seatbelt. Not a great visit and don’t know about returning only thing I will return for is the noise sense it will be oil #3 time !! More

Made an appointment 5 days later for repair @ 8:30 in the morning. Was there 15 min. early. Didn’t get out of there until 12:45. Either they overbooked or a lot of vehicles went unrepaired the day before. Either way, they could have told me my car wouldn’t be finished until the afternoon. More
