Service was done on a road damaged tire, when I got home from the service the GMC Wheel hubcap was missing. So much for Quality control on a work item and a part was missing. Yes I had to go back and get it from the service the GMC Wheel hubcap was missing. So much for Quality control on a work item and a part was missing. I just bought this truck in January. Now it has a recall. So I called and asked them about the repair. They said yes there is a recall and made an appointment for me to come in to repair Now it has a recall. So I called and asked them about the repair. They said yes there is a recall and made an appointment for me to come in to repair the grill. I went in on the day schedule. Sat there for almost 2 hours. Only for them to tell me. I will have to come back. Because they have to order a new grill. They also took the top half of the grill off. So now it looks like. I have been in an accident. Just poor service and a poorly managed service and car dealership. More
