They saved me I don't live very close to this dealership, the only reason I wound up here is because my 2011 Challenger broke down on the Garden State Parkway while I don't live very close to this dealership, the only reason I wound up here is because my 2011 Challenger broke down on the Garden State Parkway while on my way to a weekend getaway...so I had the car towed here because it was the closest dealership. My experience with this entire dealership was nothing short of amazing from the sales floor to the service department. They took me in on a Saturday afternoon at 4 PM, while I wouldn't even expect the service department to be open at this time, took my car in right away... they just happened to have the part my car needed in stock and while I waited in their beautiful and comfortable lounge area watching TV and having some complimentary snacks and coffee, they fixed my car in less than an hour and a half and had me back on the road, it was obviously covered under warranty so it was all free of charge...WOW! The staff in the service department was super friendly, very helpful and curteous, everyone I spoke to on the salesfloor was also very curteous and friendly A+A+A+across the board for these guys, especially the service department! As I said I don't live very close to this dealership, when it's time fror me to buy a new car I will drive the 45 miles to come to this dealership because that's just how impressed I was! More

This is the second vehicle I purchased from Buhler. The first was a brand new Dodge Ram 1500. Mike was friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions. They did not make me feel pressured to act quickly, which goes a long way with me, and helped lead to my ultimately buying from them. Every staff member was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Buhler and Bitter, and they will be my first stop when it's time for my next vehicle! More
I originally went to this dealer to have my 2008 jeep Liberty serviced. Tim in service couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. While I was waiting I decided to look around at the new jeeps. He was very personable and not pushy. He listened to what I was interested in and offered to show me several vehicles that met my criteria. After 2 or 3 visits and test driving several different models I made my decision to trade in my vehicle for a new Cherokee Trailhawk. Mike was very helpful in getting me a generous price on my trade in and also getting me an acceptable price on my new vehicle. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was very nice and respectful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend them to everyone. More

I spoke with another dealer over the phone and got a price, but when I got there, they said I didn't qualify and tried to raise the price when I went there. they are a bunch of xxxxxxxx that will rob you for your money. My cousin traded his truck in for a new car and they ripped him off on the price and the car they sold him they charged him more than it was money. My aunt when down there and complained and they laughed at her. For anybody that plans on buying a car there don't buy. this isn't the first bad thing I heard about them. These people should be arrested for what they do to people. I plan on spreading the word around the internet so people dont get scammed out of there money. More
Went in with a trade looking at a used Chrysler. Bought cars there before the fire so I thought I would go back after they rebuilt. Joe Nitti had no clue what he was doing. Paperwork was all wrong with wrong DL number, wrong address etc. He blamed finance guy. Finance guy said it was info they got from me. I think I know my address and DL number. Car had trim that was dented, they said they would replace. They tried to bend it out to fix, no good. They ordered new trim and painted it wrong color. Painted it again. Brakes were bad, had to bring it back days after pick up to have rotors replaced. Headliner fell down prior to my picking up the car. Was not like that when I looked at it. Service gave hard time fixing it because it was not covered under warranty.So much for certified vehicle instection. Still to this date since July 2013 I have never received follow up call from anyone except robocalls about deals on service. Still have received no info on extended warranty purchased. Had to activate Sirius myself because service did not do it. All around bad experience. Should never have rebuilt after fire. More
I brought my car for service in 2013 after scheduling an appointment I advised Tim what needed to be done on the vehicle. When I purchased my car I purchased warranty for the interior of my car. I had the service done to my car before at no additionall car and now I was advised that I had to pay since they lost all their records in the fire and do not recall any warranties sold. They can't repair a remote start or advised me who installed it at the time of my purchase. I was very disappointed in their service and although I am sorry for their loss they should have backups on the computer and not accuse me of lying oabout warranties or work that I previously had done on my car. More
