Bob Perlin and Eddie the Sales Manager I have never bought a Jeep before so I was a little hesitant dealing with a new dealership and sales guys I didnt know. Well, I can honestly say it was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have had. I dealt with Bob mostly, and he was brutally honest and upfront with me from jump street, which is all I ask. He understood my needs and made some excellent recommendations to stay in the price range I was looking for, commensurate with my families needs (2 young kids in car seats). Not only did I end up leaving there with more of a truck than I had anticipated but at a lower price than I was willing to pay. They even put an after market back-up camera in the truck for me at no cost. Eddie (Sales Manager) came into the mix when I initially backed out of the deak because I still had 2 months left on my current lease but he called me one evening at my home and said he wanted my business and would pay my last 2 months of the other vehicle. I didnt ask for this, but they proactively offered it so I went back to the dealership that weekend and they had the vehicle all cleaned up and filled with gas, so I left that day with my new Grand Cherokee. I love the truck, drives the way I like, very comfortable and its quite a sharp looking truck. This is my first Jeep but will certainly not be my last. I hope to bring my business to Bob & Eddie at Buhler for many years. Thanks guys, great experience and will be sure to recommend you to everyone! More

He was very professional and patient answering all our questions. We have previously purchased a vehicle from them and are currently leasing this one. Will most likely go back when looking for our next vehicle. More

Even in their temporary quarters, we were impressed at how easy the transaction was. We came in with a list of requests, from the price we wanted to the value of our trade, and every one was met simply and easily. Last month, we decided to purchase the van when our lease was up. Again, a smooth, easy transaction...and they even got us a lower finance rate than we had been able to procure online! The service department always is helpful and efficient, and the guys that work the desk always make me laugh. Of all the years we have been buying cars, it is easy to say that Buhler is our favorite dealership! More
Great sales staff, easy to work with My first two trips to Buhler were frustrating. Two different sales people screwed up my order on a 2014 Ram 1500 (they no longer work there). But then along came Joan and as if she waved a magic wand I had the truck I wanted and ordered. So when my Daughter needed a new Jeep I went straight to Joan. We took a new Jeep (2015) home that night. When the time comes I will be seeing Joan again for a new vehicle for my wife. I had dealt with Mauro Motors (Woodbridge) for 30 years and when they closed I was very disappointed. Buhler, and Joan make me feel like I have been a life long customer and don't miss Mauro as much as I thought I would. I have also been back to Buhler for multiple services and updates. The service was prompt and courteous, and best of all they let you know up front what needs to be done. I will recommend this dealer to all that will hear me, and especially point them to Joan. More

Upon explaining the codes on the rejection from DMV Michelle knew exactly what needed to be done. She got me in the next day and problem solved. All the staff were great. And they cleaned my car to boot. Great experience. I will always go to Buhler from now on. More
Misleading The dealership was supposed to do a once over on the vehicle to double check for any serious issues. They cleared it. A week later I noticed my engine was starting funny. It turned out to be a faulty fuel pump. The service department secretary Tim was extremely unhelpful and rude. He had no knowledge to help resolve the situation and only caused extra stress and unease. I wouldn't buy water from them if I was on fire. More
