Unbelievably painless 10 minutes before arriving to dealership, we were notified by Joan that the vehicle I was interested in, had just been sold. Upon arrival, Joan apologized for the situation but asked if she could help up find something else. She wanted to know what were our buying factors. Rather than showing us the flashy and expensive, she showed us cars within our price point (monthly payments), mileage expectations and perceived dependability. We ended up choosing a vehicle I would have never considered previously.
