What good is a dealership if you can't get an appointment for 2+ weeks when you ABS light comes on. They had no problems doing regular servicing. for 2+ weeks when you ABS light comes on. They had no problems doing regular servicing. More
Bought a Certified pre owned vehicle that was 2 years old and 47k miles. The car lost compression in the engine the SAME DAY WE BOUGHT IT. Leaving my 9 month pregnant wife stranded on the side of the road. I and 47k miles. The car lost compression in the engine the SAME DAY WE BOUGHT IT. I will never buy another vehicle or have anything serviced by them. They've cost me approximately $4000 in dealer repairs . I now have proof of the charges for parts (TIPM) that I paid and they never serviced by them. They've cost me approximately $4000 in dealer repairs . I now have proof of the charges for parts (TIPM) that I paid and they never changed. Also cost me approximately another $4000 in parts and repairs from private garages. Had the truck towed there for electrical problems and tried killing a few birds with one stone. so they were going to do the recall repairs at the same time. On this visit it was diagnosed the TIPM was bad , fuel pump burnt up from constant running. Recall was a gas tank strap and tightening of pinion nut. Well turns out the never changed the TIPM . This is the original and I have proof . Now I don't believe they changed the fuel pump. The Pinion nut was over tightened and over the next month the rear developed a terrible hum and vibration. Took it to another garage . The rear was shot , things got warped and bearing and gears were damage( I personal seen the parts falling out). This week started experiencing electrical problems again. Turns out The Buhler installed viper alarm system, had a non weather proof relay put under the hood. Well this relay shorted out and burnt out the original TIPM for real this time. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE BUTCHERS FOR REPAIRS!!!!!! More

Meh. Service has a major attitude. We started going here when we moved to the area, but they are either too busy to care, or they don't like their jobs. T Service has a major attitude. We started going here when we moved to the area, but they are either too busy to care, or they don't like their jobs. They wouldn't know this about us, but we are a "car family". My father worked at a dealer in service his entire career, our son is a mechanic, and we own a classic car that we work on ourselves. Sometimes it's easier to bring a car to a dealer to have things done, but we KNOW cars and don't need to be insulted, treated with disrespect or worse- told some BS. Because of their miserable and holier-than-thou attitudes (don't question them or you'll see what we mean) that we've experienced on multiple occasions, we've decided we're never going back to have our cars serviced at Buhler (we own 3 Jeeps by the way) and that brand new $60k Grand Cherokee that we are going to be purchasing next month is most definitely not coming from here.
