Excellent Customer Service I had an issue with my fuel gauge that started when my Hyundai was under warranty. It was difficult to detect then, and when I brought my car in well I had an issue with my fuel gauge that started when my Hyundai was under warranty. It was difficult to detect then, and when I brought my car in well after the warranty expired the service team worked with me and Hyundai corporate to get the matter resolved to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend John Chavez, Brian Coyle and the entire Buerkle team! Excellent customer service! More

Repair a ball joint and align front end. I do not permit any service facility to work on my automobile with the exception of Buerkle Hyundai. Their service is absolutely superior in every respect from oil changes to major repairs. In addition, their thorough inspections reveal any potential problems that can be immediately cared for before they constitute a major problem. Their service staff are courteous and efficient. More

Best Service Department Experience I contacted Buerkle’s Service Department, as I heard great things from my co-workers. So I decided to take my 2015 Ford Focus in for an oil change an I contacted Buerkle’s Service Department, as I heard great things from my co-workers. So I decided to take my 2015 Ford Focus in for an oil change and check up. Derek was my personal service advisor and he was very knowledgeable and went over my vehicle in detai. Derek explained everything that was done and gave me some upcoming recommendations. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me, rather just take care of me! Oh and the service or customer lounge was open, clean and had plenty of free goodies too. Thank you Derek for taking care of my vehicle and me! More
