During my first visit, Bob talked to me about several models, and when I settl I had a very good experience at Buerkle Hyundai working with Bob Hoppe. During my first visit, Bob talked to me about several models, and when I settled on the Ioniq, he answered all of my questions about the features and differences between trims. When I returned, we were pressed for time, and Bob arranged it so that we could drive the car home and see if it fit in the garage and then get the paperwork finished in time. Toulong Yang was helpful with the paperwork, as well. After the purchase, Bob has been good about responding to questions, even over the weekend. He has been extremely helpful, and I'd recommend him and Buerkle Hyundai. More

When we got there we felt no pressure to buy, but Brian the Sales representative was extremely helpful and showed us some very good deals that the dealership had on last years models. My wife and I went home after having seen a few car's and decided that the deal we had our eyes on was impossible to pass up. When we came back to buy the car, the process was extremely smooth, there were no unexpected fees, and we got every rebate available to us, and they even accepted my old car as a trade in! We left after only three hours in the nicest car either of us have ever owned. The whole process was so smooth and the help we received was so good that I'm not sure we will ever use another dealer.
