I came in to your dealership having worked with Scott I came in to your dealership having worked with Scott Steinberg aquiring a new Civic in 2008. I did not know what to expect when going to your use I came in to your dealership having worked with Scott Steinberg aquiring a new Civic in 2008. I did not know what to expect when going to your used car dealers looking for a Odyssey. I was not surprised to have a great salesmen come up and shake my hand and sit me down to talk about my situation having already had a great experience on the new car side. What I didn't expect was to meet someone like Bill Hartman. He is a character, a great person, and a great salesperson! He sat me down and I explained why I am here and what I am lookng for, he immediately brought two Honda Odysseys that would fit me and my wife's requirements. I am normally a very private person but I felt comfortable enough to tell him my situation as I feel obligated to tell you here. My wife has battled cancer for the third time and has lost the use of her legs. So a minivan is our only option to get her where we need to go. Bill Hartman gave me two options in a used Odyssey and explained why they were good choices. He then went on to give me full disclosure on the previous maintenance records including any mishaps the vans have been in through Car Fax. This is very refreshing having worked with other less then open dealers over the years. This gives me confidence in the salesperson and the dealership. After sitting down and talking about our options for about an hour I decided that now was not the right time to buy and I would discuss this further with my wife at home and explore all of our options. I went to some other dealerships and finally settled on a Chrysler Town and Country. We were in the process of negotiating a deal and something just didn't feel right. I called my wife and had her look up the Car Fax and some other things about the vehicles we were looking at and low and behold the vehicle was in a lot of accidents. It was also a rental vehicle for many years. Yes the vehicle looked good and ran well but I knew there would be problems in the future. I asked the salesperson about this and she denied most of it or attempted to redirect our questions. Needless to say I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I went back to Bill Hartman and he immediately recognized me and said hello even though he had someone in his chair that he was dealing with at the time. He told me to wait until he had a moment and he would be with me at that time. After a few moments he came over and asked which of the cars he had showed me that I wanted to look at. Granted this had been two days since I had last saw him and he remembered everything. We proceeded with a vehicle that I thought would best fit us started the negotiations with my wife back at our house through my phone and Buerkle's internet. After pulling up the vehicle to the front Bill said "take your time and tell me when you are ready to talk". No pressure! I proceeded to look the vehicle over thoroughly and take measurements and pictures so my wife could be as involved as possible in the process. When I was ready me and Bill sat down and discussed options. We came to a agreement on which vehicle would best serve our purpose and proceeded with financing. He called Tim Parisian over to get the ball rolling on financing and the rest fell into place. It took a while to get a financing package into place and all the while Bill was keeping me occupied with stories and just being there for his customer. I appreciate this very much because he does not have to do that, he does it because he cares. I and my wife now own a 2005 Honda Odyssey that I can transport her around in without difficulty. It is going to make our lives so much easier and safer. I am going to miss my little Civic that Scott sold me, no doubt. But we have a better car to suit our needs and thanks to Bill Hartman we know that we will be well taken care of in the future. I want to personally thank Bill for taking such good care of us, thank you Bill! I want to thank all the staff of Buerkle Honda/Hyundai for taking good care of our cars and in turn us over the years. I went to Buerkle looking for a used car. My salesperson, Adam, was very easy to work with and made the not so fun part of buying a car smooth, painless and quick. after a few weeks i called back with a smal Adam, was very easy to work with and made the not so fun part of buying a car smooth, painless and quick. after a few weeks i called back with a small issue on my car and and Adam said they would take care of it. now with the car fixed (free of charge) and washed, there isnt a thing i would change. it was a great experience and i plan on going back when it comes time to buy agian.. thanks Adam More

He showed me the car and all it's features and I knew that it was the one for me. when the car came in Brian called and gave me all the details. when I picked up the car Brian went over all the features with me and my husband so we would feel confident as we left with the car. I ended up with the Hyundai Elantra because it fit me well and I liked the way it handled. The dealership was clean and pleasant, well-lit. Brian followed-up and made sure I was happy with the car and told me to call with any questions, any time. He also explained all my options for warranties, protection, etc., very well.
