Brian was extremely helpful. I came to the dealership, just before closing, the evening before I purchased the car. I was still undecided about models and even a bit about makes. I called the next morning to be sure that he would be available to see me. He then spent considerable time with me helping me select the best Hyundai model for my needs. I never felt that he was trying to talk me into "more car" than I had intended to purchase, being honest about what each of the Santa Fe models have to offer. I returned that evening, with my husband, and purchased the Santa Fe Limited. I Love my choice!! I have already recommended to my sister that she go to him when she purchases her next Hyundai. More

In June 2012, I was looking to trade my 2012 Hyundai Tucson for a car due to the fact that my Mother was no longer able to get up into it, so I needed to find a car. I test drove many cars at different dealerships (Chevrolet, Subaru, Buick & Toyota), and of course I included Hyundai. I had met Brian Armstrong while getting an oil change a few monthes earlier - I was looking at new cars to get an idea of what I could trade for. Brian asked me if I needed help with anything. I told him my Mother's situation and he told me the Elantra & Sonata would be good choices, then gave me his card. When I came back on June 15th, he recognized me and I reminded him of what I needed to do. I asked to test drive the Sonata. Brian was very informative, and really knows what Hyundai's & Buerkle are all about. I told him I didn't know how I would be able to get my Mother to the dealership, and Brian offered to let me drive one to her house for her to try. I did that, and she loved it and was able to get in & out. On June 27th, I picked up my 2013 Iridescent Silver Blue Pearl Sonata! I would highly recommend Brian Armstrong to help anyone find a new car to fit their lifestyle. He is friendly, courteous, and very professional. My total experience was wonderful, and I think I will be a Hyundai 'loyalist' for a very long time!!! More

You never pressured me in any way. You took the time to let me a take a couple test drives. You searced your inventory and regional inventory to help me find the vehicle I wanted. And you know the product, which I have to tell you, is quite refreshing. You also were patient in helping us arrive at a deal that was within my price range. However, what I found most impressive, is that after you "made the sale" you spent time with me showing me some of the finer points of the Santa Fe, even sitting in it with me and helping activate the bluetooth and garage door functions.
