They even went the extra mile and explained to me all of the factors that go into leasing a car and why/how I could get the monthly payment I needed. I visited a lot of dealerships in the process of looking for a new car. I had visited Buerkle Hyundai and Brian was the one who helped me look at some of my options. I originally made contact with Kristine by phone. She was very friendly, professional and informative. Never pushy! I went in the next night for a test drive and when I arrived the car was ready and waiting very friendly, professional and informative. Never pushy! I was offered the option of taking the car alone since Kristine was with another customer. This was a big deal to me since I would prefer a solo test drive to really get a feel for the car. When I returned, Kristine was waiting for me and willing to answer any questions. This again was very quick and to the point. I left that evening without purchasing the car but had everything I needed to make a well informed decision. The next day I contacted Kristine via phone and asked her to work the numbers for me including an appraisal of my car for trade. This again was done easily with just a few calls back and forth. In the end we agreed on a price and the entire deal was basically done over the phone. When I went to pick the car up the guys in finance were ready for me and I was in and out in under an hour.
