We recently were in the market for a '1st' car for our newest driver in the household. We swung into the dealership and looked around...the 1st thing we noticed is how clean all of the vehicles are! We were in the market for a new vehicle and after seeing We were in the market for a new vehicle and after seeing the new Sonatas - they always took my eye. We read reviews and used the Hyundai website to build the car we wanted - so next it was off to the the dealer close to our home to find the vehicle that we built online and also had received a mailer from inviting us to come in a test drive a new car...so off we went...unfortunately they could not help us because they were too busy, but took my name and number...no one ever called in two weeks time. A few weeks later in a conversation with my brother who lives in White Bear Lake, MN I told him of my frustrating experience - he went to the Buerkle Dealership and spoke with Brian Armstong, who immediately located 3 vehicles out of state for us to choose from...we met with Brian the next day and made a deal...the car was trucked from Chicago to Minnesota within one week - exactly the car we wanted. It is gorgeous and we are so happy!! Not a hard sale for Brian, but he could not have been more accomodating and personable. Interestingly we bought a number of Hondas years before from Buerkle and it feels just as good today to work with the Buerkle Dealership- Great Cars - Great Service...we look forward to our next ventures with them. More

Brian was super helpful the minute I walked through the door. My wife Nancy had taken a cursory look at the vehicle that we purchased. Buying a car from Bill was like asking my uncle to sell me his car. It was like he knew what I wanted before we shook his hand. He was extremely helpful on choosing between car and SUV. Working with Buerkle and Bill was quick and easy. He was able to help us find a vehice with everthing in it that we wanted.
