Brian turned me to the best deal for me right away which was leasing even though I wasn;t entertaining it as an option. Brian Armstrong is "one of a kind" when it comes to customer service. He is friendly and courteous and respectful of your time. He is very knowledgeable about all the high ratings that the Elantra has received and stressed safety qualities of the car, because he knew it was for our daughter. He went the extra mile by getting us in to see the financial officer quickly,so my husband could make an appointment on time. Cal was great in explaining all our options for service agreements. He made it easy to understand, and we ended up with a price that we were very pleased with. My husband and I had a great experience at Buerkle Hyundai this past Thursday night. We had been having issues with my car for almost the past two months. We finally had brought it in for service at Buerkle and while picking up the loaner we decided to check out the sales floor. Brian Armstrong approached us and asked if we had any questions, etc... Very low pressure, go with the flow, not pushy. He was more interested in our happiness with our choice of new vehicle. Well, long story short we bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that evening and we love it! They stayed open until everything was taken care of for us, no rushing, wanted to make sure ALL questions were answered and that most of all that we felt comfortable with our purchase. I would indefinitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends, because of the positive experience we have had during the usually stressful car buying experience! More
These guys are "used car salesmen" at best and Matt O'brien in finance and Randy Heiser are no exception. I met with the sales guy Steve Iverson and he showed me nothing about the car initially. He wasn't enthusiastic to help at all and didn't show us any features on the car. Even though doing research on Edmunds on what people are actually paying, they moved the price very little and it took me three days of haggling back and forth to get the price down even though they said they wouldn't move it initially. Like others have stated, the response time has been horrible. I would've kept the bad experience to finance alone if it weren't for the rude treatment I received after someone else gave me a better deal and I was verbally abused by Randy for not following through with a deal he thought was complete even though all the paperwork hadn't been signed. He was completely unprofessional. I was quoted one price and given another while the APR rate they provided was over double what another dealer provided. That is a freaking joke and they need a reality check when trying to rip people off. Finance wanted even more commission and Matt was a complete jerk off after I declined the options that he gave at the signing and kept pushing and pushing for more even though I already said "no." He was punching his keyboard harder because he was visually upset I didn't want it. Sleazy sales tactics of trying to "guilt" me into GAP insurance which I already have. Randy told me he "should make me keep the car/deal" and that "90% of the dealers would make me keep the deal" even though the paperwork hadn't been signed. He said that he wasn't going to do it though because he "didn't want that reputation on his name." But belittling a customer for taking a better deal is good for his reputation? Just plain untrue and lies. He couldn't make me keep the car without paperwork signed because the bank wouldn't approve it unless it was ALL signed. I did the research. He told me that they did all the work and should get the deal. I told him that it is part of your job in sales and he said it wasn't part of their job. LOL!!!! Apparently he is so good he must close on every customer that walks through the door after working with them. I gave them a down payment and they cashed it before the paperwork was complete so I had to do a Stop Payment on the check. Apparently they couldn't wait until 10am the next day before depositing it. He just plain thought I should take over double the interest rate because I said I wanted the car, but the deal wasn't done. I tried to be polite when I returned the car and explained, but he wasn't having it. Let this be a lesson to the sellers out there... quit with the sleaze ball stuff and give us a good deal off the bat and treat people with respect. We don't "OWE YOU" anything. Overall guys at Buerkle are lazy and I wouldn't step foot in there again because I now know they tell you they are giving you the best deal, but truly are not and that is old school tactics which people won't put up with anymore. These guys want the easy deal and will push you until they get what they want instead of what the customer wants. Lexus gave me $6600 off of the MSRP with little haggling and treated me with respect and kindness like they wanted me back someday. I will be back to them again and again. More

We walked into Buerkle Hyundai and was greeted immediately by Brian Armstrong with a firm handshake (which says a lot when dealing with some salesmen) and right off the bat was extremely knowledge immediately by Brian Armstrong with a firm handshake (which says a lot when dealing with some salesmen) and right off the bat was extremely knowledgeable about his product and yet didn't come across as a salesmen, very professional and accommodating in every way and works hard to make you happy. His customer service was stupendous. We would highly recommend working with Brian when it comes to buying a car! More
