I had spent most of the day dealing with high pressure, pushy sales people at other dealerships (along the Hwy 61 dealership row) and was braced for the same when I walked it. I was greeted in a friendly manner without feeling pressured. I truly appreciate this!! After test driving the car I ended up purchasing, I again felt like I could make a good decision about my purchase without a salesperson hovering over me. After I agreed to the purchase, things moved quickly and professionally and I was very satisfied with the process.
