Hyundai Santa Fe Purchase from Travis Fitzsimmons I was in need of a new car. My research steered me towards a Hyundai Santa Fe. I decided to see what Buerkle Hyundai had to offer. At the dealership I I was in need of a new car. My research steered me towards a Hyundai Santa Fe. I decided to see what Buerkle Hyundai had to offer. At the dealership I was greeted by Travis. He was very friendly and listened to my needs. I never felt like he was trying to pressure me into a sale. A big turn off for me is when a sales man tries to qualify a potential customer as to whether the interaction will be worth their time in an obvious manner. An example would be asking "how much do you want to spend?" Travis never asked such questions, in fact he made me feel very comfortable and I felt that he genuinely cared about what I wanted not what would satisfy his sale's goals. He also was very accommodating and stayed past his shift to meet my schedule. Travis' willingness to work with me made my choice of purchasing a car from Buerkel Hyundai very easy, in fact I did not shop around at any other dealership. I bought my car in the evening, and it was not until the next morning when the sun was hitting the windshield just right that I noticed there was crack in the windshield. I texted Travis about it and he very promptly set up an appointment for me with Abra to have the windshield replaced at no cost to me. Travis was also astute enough to have Abra replace the windshield with Hyundai factory glass not after market glass. Which in my mind is what separates Travis from being a good salesman to being a great salesman, his attention to detail. Travis gets my resounding endorsement if you are looking to buy a vehicle! More
