Excellent customer service I arrived not knowing if I wanted to continue with a sedan or if I wanted to make the switch to an SUV. I was greeted upon arrival by Bob and he took I arrived not knowing if I wanted to continue with a sedan or if I wanted to make the switch to an SUV. I was greeted upon arrival by Bob and he took me around to check out the Sonata first, then the Tuscon, and lastly the Santa Fe. Once in the Santa Fe I knew I wanted to switch to an SUV. It was a comfortable ride and roomy. I traveled and tried other vehicles but I couldn't find anything that I enjoyed as much as the Santa Fe. Also, I went to other Hyundai dealerships and no one was quite like Bob. Others were pushy and not as informative. There was even a small hiccup in the licensing as I decided to transfer my old plates and they were helpful in issuing a refund for the licensing fee. All around a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend others to Buerkle Hyundai! More
