If there were a NEGATIVE star rating for service, that’s what I’d give! My son had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT on October 10th for an oil change and to diagnose a check engine light issue on his 2022 Elantra. H what I’d give! My son had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT on October 10th for an oil change and to diagnose a check engine light issue on his 2022 Elantra. He took part of his day off work to do this. When he arrived, he was told it would take about an hour to hour and a half to complete. After 90 minutes, he was told that they were still working on it and it would be done “soon”. After another 90 minutes or a total of THREE HOURS, he was told that it was done BUT they have time to start to diagnose the main issue of the warning light! WHAT? They had the car for three hours and all they could accomplish was a routine oil change? Totally UNACCEPTABLE! He was told that he could reschedule for another day to get that done! As the owner of several other Hyundai vehicles, I’ve never experienced this at any other dealer. In addition to this review, I’ll be contacting Hyundai Customer Support to discuss this problem further. More
Purchased a used vehicle , got it home and the check engine light appeared , they brought a rental and took the used vehicle and said it needed a new transmission , they had it for 2 weeks , we got it b engine light appeared , they brought a rental and took the used vehicle and said it needed a new transmission , they had it for 2 weeks , we got it back and it had the same issues. At this point we said we did not want the vehicle and we wanted our money back to which the used car manager Tim Parasian said they could not do as the vehicle had already been “titled” to us . We had not had this vehicle 24 hours total in our possession . Anywho they were trying to get us in another vehicle same price or more than our already purchased vehicle so I assumed our other vehicle was not reparable , after test driving a few other cars with them and being frustrated we didn’t like any of them we asked to see our original vehicle we purchased . When they pulled our vehicle around to us it had been IN AN ACCIDENT ! The whole front driver side panel, wheel and mirror was damaged ! Tim was RUDE as I asked when they were going to tell us this happened or were they just hoping to get us in another vehicle and keep it hidden from us . I still don’t know Buerkles protocol on what they do if they crash a customers car while they have it in their possession and Tim couldn’t or wouldn’t give me an answer . Justin the GM did eventually refund our money . They love to say they’re a “family” business and I will say just not my Family , no thank you I will NEVER use them again . More

The car needed to be detailed before the final sale. Johnny Vang did a good job to get me everything I needed in order to purchase the vehicle and was very available to me whenever I needed assistance. I however did not appreciate the time constraint given to me from the manager. I was told to purchase the vehicle within the day in order for the dealership to honor a lower price on a website that THEY listed. I highly doubt this was a "typo" when listing a vehicle which is basically what I was told. Using the tactic to pressure me into the sale is not what I was hoping for, I'm just glad I really liked the car. More
