My wife and I walked in to Buerkle just to look at Hondas after having visited several other dealerships. We were introduced to Chang Her and he had us from "Hello". The professionalism of this young man was very heart warming to both my wife and me. We immediatly felt at ease with his answers to ALL of our questions and his CONCERN for what would meet our needs. In the past couple of weeks we had dealt with many salespeople who did not seem too excited about helping us. Chang made us feel that he was very pleased to serve us, and serve us he did! There was a CR-V model on the floor and he thoroughly explained all the features and benefits of it. Chang not only sold the vehicle but the dealership as well. We bought this car without even taking a test drive. Sound stupid? Well we are very happy with our choice, because it WAS our choice. Chang was excellent to work with. He came in on his day off to help me with my purchase. Chang showed me all my options for my vehicle but did not push me into anything I did not want. Dale Coogin did a great job of handling the service on our Accord. While waiting, I met Paulo Neish and he was unbelievably helpful at looking at different options for 4x4 vehicles. He is knowlegeable and provides great service. Matt O'Brien handled the finance end of the lease with thoroughness and professionalism. And of course, Dudley Peterson (the manager) dropped by to say hi and make sure everything was going well. I know our Pilot was the right choice and will be well cared for by the Buerkle team. More
