I recently needed to replace a car and strayed into Berkle's Honda dealership to see what was to my liking. I was served by Adam Kuruo who showed me a Crosstour. Of all the salesmen I talked to at 6 di Berkle's Honda dealership to see what was to my liking. I was served by Adam Kuruo who showed me a Crosstour. Of all the salesmen I talked to at 6 different dealerships, Adam knew his vehicle better than anyother salesman. Because I do a lot of travel for business, my interest in the handsfree phone and inside organization of the car was important to me, Adam even linked my phone on the first visit so I could try the handsfree calling for quality. I want to talk with someone that knowes their cars and Adam was impressive with his knowledge of the Crosstour I bought. I have owned my Crosstour now for 2 months and have driven it 14,000 miles in rain and snow and it handles well, I'm pleased with the car, Adam and the dealership. More

My wife and I walked in to Buerkle just to look at Hondas after having visited several other dealerships. We were introduced to Chang Her and he had us from "Hello". The professionalism of this young man wa after having visited several other dealerships. We were introduced to Chang Her and he had us from "Hello". The professionalism of this young man was very heart warming to both my wife and me. We immediatly felt at ease with his answers to ALL of our questions and his CONCERN for what would meet our needs. In the past couple of weeks we had dealt with many salespeople who did not seem too excited about helping us. Chang made us feel that he was very pleased to serve us, and serve us he did! There was a CR-V model on the floor and he thoroughly explained all the features and benefits of it. Chang not only sold the vehicle but the dealership as well. We bought this car without even taking a test drive. Sound stupid? Well we are very happy with our choice, because it WAS our choice. Chang was excellent to work with. He came in on his day off to help me with my purchase. Chang showed me all my options for my vehicle but did not push me into anything I did not want. From the minute I walked into Honda, Paulo was the first to greet me and my Dad in the lot with a friendly smile and hand shake. I had no problems, he answered all my questions and was very informative and to greet me and my Dad in the lot with a friendly smile and hand shake. I had no problems, he answered all my questions and was very informative and knowledgable about Hondas. I really was pleased with how well I was taken care. The day I went to pick my car up, he had all my paperwork and manuels all set to go at his desk. This to me was very impressive because I had been car shopping for two weeks at this point and I could tell that Paulo knew what he was doing and his customer service skills were beyond met. Excellent service! Even down to Ryan, who dealt with the financial end of things, he was very helpful and of course friendly. All questions answered and everything he went over was clearly put, understandable. I drove off in my new Honda with superior service and I know that I am in good hands with any service, maintenance or questions I may have. I came in for a service appointment and ended up leasing a new Pilot. We have been purchasing cars through Buerkle for 35 years and have always been pleased. However, this experience was the best. Dale Coogin did a great job of handling the service on our Accord. While waiting, I met Paulo Neish and he was unbelievably helpful at looking at different options for 4x4 vehicles. He is knowlegeable and provides great service. Matt O'Brien handled the finance end of the lease with thoroughness and professionalism. And of course, Dudley Peterson (the manager) dropped by to say hi and make sure everything was going well. I know our Pilot was the right choice and will be well cared for by the Buerkle team. More
