From our first encounter with Adam, we had a very positive experience. This is our 2nd Honda Accord, so he didn't have to sell us on the vehicle. This is the second new car purchase we've made from Buerkle Honda in the last 12 months. Our first experience with Buerkle in buying a Pilot was so excellent that we decided to start our search for ano Buerkle Honda in the last 12 months. Our first experience with Buerkle in buying a Pilot was so excellent that we decided to start our search for another new car at Buerkle. This is no small decision in that the Burkle dealership is an hour away from our home and there are two Honda dealerships within 20 minutes drive! Upon arriving at the dealership, we were greated at the entrance and happened to find Jim Raaf who had sold us our first pilot. Jim remembered us from the previous visit and asked how he could help. We had already decided that one of the cars we wanted to evaluate was the 2012 Accord. Jim explained the differences and options between the models. This was to be expected. However, the way Jim explained it was in a way that was so straight forward and easy that even my wife commented that she understood. She's non-technical and usually just likes the aesthetics. We took a test drive, came back to the dealership and sat down to discuss the options for a new Accord. As it happened, Jim did have 1 Accord with all the features options and colors that we wanted. After the test drive and the discussion of options, we decided to buy on the spot instead looking at any of the 3 other cars on our list. Dealing with the final price was easy and we quickly settled on a price that was mutually agreeable. It wasn't much of a negotiation as the intial offered price was very fair and there was some additional reductions available. This suprised me as the Accord is in high demand and very short supply. Jim turned us over to Matt O'Brian who quickly got us through the financing and options. I usually have fear when I meet the finance guy as this is where there is sometimes pressure. However, Matt was very straight forward and presented options. We were free to choose what options we wanted without an sense of upsale. Once financing was complete, we took delivery of the new EX-L v6 Accord! However, upon delivery Jim spent a significant amount of time teaching us how to use the features and electronics package on the Accord. It was a great way to get started. In summary, every experience I've had with Buerkle, Jim and Matt have been enjoyable, painless and productive. They present fact, options and opinions in an open genuine manner and let the consumer decide what they want. This is the second time in my 30 years of car buying that I've left happy from a car dealer. Both with Burkle. More
