My wife and I had an excellent experience with Paulo Neish and the rest of the staff at Buerkle Honda. We purchased a used 2007 Accord sedan with extended warranty to replace my wife's Trailblazer and Neish and the rest of the staff at Buerkle Honda. We purchased a used 2007 Accord sedan with extended warranty to replace my wife's Trailblazer and we were treated with the utmost kindness and respect, after we took delivery we were dropping off the car the follow day at Discount Tire when I noticed some light scuffs on the one side of the vehicle which I know we didn't put there (but how could I prove it because I missed it during the walk around) and we took delivery the day before. Paulo and the auto body guys with NO QUESTIONS asked took it in and corrected/painted those areas. They have earned my trust and future business! Thank you. More

I purchased my 06 used Ridgeline from Scott and the experience, often unpleasant, was just the opposite. He was great to work with and I received what I thought was a very good price. I have remained friends with Scott since the purchase and just recently spoke with him while having my truck serviced. He will more than likely be selling me my next vehicle. We have thoroughly enjoyed the Ridgeline and all that it offers, comfort being on the top of the list and utility right behind that. Buerkle Honda, the service department and it's employees I have dealt with, have not disappointed me in the 3 years I've been dealing with them. Keep it up!! More

Paulo helped us in trading a van in the "clunker" program. He was very well informed and gave us good advice and service. Paulo was in the process of checking the inventory for a CRV when my wife had a seizure on your showroom floor. The paramedics were called, Paulo and other staff members did everything to make my wife safe until they arrived. Upon returning to finalize the purchase after her release from the hospital, your receptionist gave her a big hug and said "they had been praying for her". We have nothing but good feelings about Buerkle Honda. More
I have never purchased a new car before. And it was not something I was looking forward to. So I studied the Fall 2011 Consumer Reports Ratings & Pricing Guide, and read more online, and was feeling totall something I was looking forward to. So I studied the Fall 2011 Consumer Reports Ratings & Pricing Guide, and read more online, and was feeling totally overwhelmed with too much information and too many choices by the time I arrived at the Buerkle dealership. I had visited only one other auto dealership, & had planned to visit several more. But something about Scott put me totally at ease as we began talking. He took a personal interest in me and helped me to figure out what kind of car would best meet my needs. Scott answered so many questions I had about cars in general and car purchases before we even started considering various models. I never felt that he judged my questions to reflect any lack of intelligence. And after much discussion, it became almost self-evident which car I should consider. Contrary to the Consumer Reports advice to not test drive on a first visit, I took two cars out with Scott, either of which I would have been satisfied with. It confirmed my preference for the Accord. When I was ready to leave, I noticed the clock and was astounded that 3 hours had passed! Although I was completely satisfied with the car's performance during the 15-20 minute test drive, I have back/hip/knee/ankle issues, and felt that I could not be certain of my physical comfort with only a brief test drive. Scott arranged for me to take out an Accord for a several-hour drive. He knew that's what I needed to feel confident. It really was fun and pleasurable to work with Scott. He turned a dreaded task–a need to replace a 1996 car before winter– into as easy and satisfying experience as possible. And on top of that, he gave me a great deal! And I expect to be very happy with my new car. I also know that I'll probably have more questions and that Scott will be there to help with anything. Even if I never have further questions, I know it will be fun to keep in touch with Scott. More

Scott stayed with us and advised us from start to finish, from picking out the color to selecting the financing.
