My wife and I were looking for our eighth Honda after our daughter decided mom needed a new CRV so she could have the 2003 at college in Duluth. We now have 4 Hondas, 2 Accords and 2 CRVs in our family of f daughter decided mom needed a new CRV so she could have the 2003 at college in Duluth. We now have 4 Hondas, 2 Accords and 2 CRVs in our family of four, and all ahve been serviced by Buerkle since we moved to the twin cities in 2001. I've bought the last two cars from Buerkle (the 2006 Accord coupe I drive and the new 2011 CRV my wife drives) and tried to by the 2003 CRV from Buerkle but the sales guy I contacted didn't show up at the appointed time so I went somewhere else. The last two experiences have been great and the recent one with Jim was excellent. We tied the timing of picking up the new car to our 35th wedding anniversary and he was very accomodting in keeping the car we chose for a couple of extra weeks so we could do so. He did a great job in expalining the differences between the 03 and the 11 and was easy to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a Honda More

My wife and I went to Buerkle to test drive a Civic. We worked with Scott Steinberg, who is about as nice and low-key as they come. He listened to us, and when we weren't crazy about the Civic, suggested a worked with Scott Steinberg, who is about as nice and low-key as they come. He listened to us, and when we weren't crazy about the Civic, suggested a couple of other models, which we also test drove. At no time was there any pressure or any of that "what can I do today to get you in this car" xx. We ended up coming back and buying a CR-V, and we've never had any regrets. We love it and love the service whenever we bring it back to Buerkle. They never up sell on the service. They just take care of what needs to be taken care of at a fair price. More
