Purchasing my CR-V was enjoyable. Paulo Neish was always able to answer my questions in an easy way to understand. There was never a feeling of pressure to decide. I have had all of my servicing performed at Buerkle Honda and they have always been finished as promised and have made good recommendations about service needed. Chang was an absolute pleasure to work with and I really hit the jackpot with his exceptional service and my new Honda. As a college student who didn't know much about what my options were, it was hard to hit the jackpot with his exceptional service and my new Honda. I had visited other dealerships, tried Craigslists, and read about leasing for months (and kept facing disappointment or rude salesmen who did not pay attention to me). Finally, a family friend sang praises about Chang and directed me to him. He lived up to all of my expectations and was very warm, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I never once felt like he thought my questions were dumb or that he would try to take advantage of the fact that I am young and uninformed about cars. Instead, he laid out my options and explained the entire process to me. What impressed me most is he really advocated for me in helping me figure out financing, and his immediate response to any phone or email inquiry made me trust him. When I drove off in my new Honda, I felt like I was the luckiest person in the world, having experienced a great purchase with someone who genuinely was invested in my car and my satisfaction.
