This dealership looks clean and friendly. Customer service is very pleasant. I rated Quality of service as 4, because when buying a new car, the dealership lost one of the keys and only told me about service is very pleasant. They took many phone calls and over a week to find it. Eventually they did. Everything else was spotless. The sales consultant, Paulo Neish, was the first car salesman I met in my life who was not pushy or otherwise strange. I am a calm non-aggressive guy who gets very insulted by the aggressive nature of most car salesmen, and this one was different. That experience basically decided that we were going to buy a car there. Their finance guy, the one that does all the paperwork with you, was much more average, but that is less important as you have to spend only 30 or so minutes with him. He tried hard but did not manage to sell me all that extra warranty, insurance, antirust treatment, and so on. I do not remember his name.
