This dealership looks clean and friendly. Customer service is very pleasant. I rated Quality of service as 4, because when buying a new car, the dealership lost one of the keys and only told me about service is very pleasant. I rated Quality of service as 4, because when buying a new car, the dealership lost one of the keys and only told me about it after the sale was partially underway - so I had a chance to cancel the sale process, but it would be a kind of stupid to do that just for a stupid key. They took many phone calls and over a week to find it. Eventually they did. Everything else was spotless. The sales consultant, Paulo Neish, was the first car salesman I met in my life who was not pushy or otherwise strange. I am a calm non-aggressive guy who gets very insulted by the aggressive nature of most car salesmen, and this one was different. That experience basically decided that we were going to buy a car there. Their finance guy, the one that does all the paperwork with you, was much more average, but that is less important as you have to spend only 30 or so minutes with him. He tried hard but did not manage to sell me all that extra warranty, insurance, antirust treatment, and so on. I do not remember his name. Paulo Was very professional with explaining the Vehicles shown for what was available for me to purchase and while I didn't find the right one upon first visit he had kept me informed on vehicles that had c shown for what was available for me to purchase and while I didn't find the right one upon first visit he had kept me informed on vehicles that had came in that i would have been interested in and when the one I did he made sure I was still satisified with the vehicle after puchase. even tho as always the paper work took a while he made sure we were not out of the loop with the deal and unknown issues. and also had made sure the vehicle was in good shape before selling me the car. I love my Honda Pilot. The Honda Employees were so helpful and courteous and wanted to make sure I purchased the vehicle that was comfortable for me and met the needs that I expected in a new vehicl helpful and courteous and wanted to make sure I purchased the vehicle that was comfortable for me and met the needs that I expected in a new vehicle. Paulo provided great service and stuck with us for over 2 months while we waited for a new model to come out. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he showed us, much more so then the salesman at a local T months while we waited for a new model to come out. Mr.Neish was a very hands on salesman. He was helpful with helping us select the Pilot of our dreams. We are a family that loves to travel and having the dvd player in the car was a godsend for us.
