My wife and I bought a 2012 Honda Fit from Buerkle Honda recently. This was the first dealership we visited on our search for a new car, and after visiting other dealerships and calling even more, we ended recently. This was the first dealership we visited on our search for a new car, and after visiting other dealerships and calling even more, we ended up buying our car from Buerkle Honda. Paulo Neish helped us from test drive to purchase. He was very friendly and answered all our questions. There was never a point where I was unhappy or dissatisfied, and I could go on about how happy and satisfied my wife and I are. My wife had a cargo shelf installed by their service department, she said they took care of it right away and gave our car a wash! Thank you for helping us buy a wonderful car and for the great customer service. More

Jim Raaf was very helpful over the phone when I was inquiring about different vehicles. He answered my questions in a meaningful way and did a good job of not over-selling the vehicle. We were able to easily schedule a time to drive the vehicle, assess my trade-in, complete financing, and purchase the vehicle. I gave a '5' on everything but the price which I gave a '3'. I gave a '3' for the price (which could possibly have been a '4') because new car prices don't vary all that much. I don't think I got as much for my trade-in as I could have but thats partly my fault because I hate 'dealing'. When filling out the 'paper work' buying the new Pilot I felt a little pressured to buy the gap insurance. It was a strange feeling because I felt little or no pressure when dealing with Paulo Neish. Paulo was fabulous in making my buying experience a good one- if filling out the paperwork had been as good the whole experience would have been seemless. Al Storbakken More
