Prior to this, I spoke with several Honda dealerships from around the state. I also spoke with several Toyota dealerships about the Highlander. I was impressed with how Scott handled my inquiries. (Most of our interaction was through email.) He answered my specific questions and usually responded within an hour or two. After we settled on a price, Scott arranged a meeting so Buerkle could do an inspection on my old vehicle, which I was hoping to trade in. This took no more than 20-30 minutes, and I left with a detailed, written quote, which included the OTD price and their offer for my old vehicle. After this, Scott never pressured me. I called him several times with questions, which he promptly answered. It was a relatively painless buying experience. More
