I hate buying a new car! I purchased my first Honda Pilot from Buerkle Honda about 9 years ago. I just recently traded this vehicle in with nearly 200,000 miles on it and purchased a new 2012 Pilot. Prior to this, I spoke with several Honda dealerships from around the state. I also spoke with several Toyota dealerships about the Highlander. I was impressed with how Scott handled my inquiries. (Most of our interaction was through email.) He answered my specific questions and usually responded within an hour or two. After we settled on a price, Scott arranged a meeting so Buerkle could do an inspection on my old vehicle, which I was hoping to trade in. This took no more than 20-30 minutes, and I left with a detailed, written quote, which included the OTD price and their offer for my old vehicle. After this, Scott never pressured me. I called him several times with questions, which he promptly answered. It was a relatively painless buying experience. More

Our salesperson Scott Steinberg was a great to deal with. He worked hard to locate the model and color we wanted. He was able to get our paperwork processed so we could take the vehicle home the same day. We will definitely request Scott when it is time to purchase our next Honda. More

Maintenance service at Buerkle has always been prompt and for the price explained during the initial consultation with the service department. Express oil changes and tire rotations are especially easy, no appointment is necessary. More
