Rick was fantastic with my re-lease (I had a 2009 Accord previously). My term was about to expire and he worked ahead to get me into a 2012 model for almost the same exact price!He re-adjusted his work hour previously). Paulo Neish went to great lengths to work out an agreement that was satisfactory to me after Honda Corp had reneged on an advertised financing deal.
