My term was about to expire and he worked ahead to get me into a 2012 model for almost the same exact price!He re-adjusted his work hour previously). Paulo Neish went to great lengths to work out an agreement that was satisfactory to me after Honda Corp had reneged on an advertised financing deal. It was a fairly painless experience. I have been wanting to buy a car for more than the past 6 months but am totally turned off by the car buying process. Most educated people understand that one has to spend hours doing research before even walking into the door of dealership to have confidence that you will not overpaying. The fact that "Dealer Invoice" is not even "Dealer Invoice" is just one example. There was only one tense moment at the end of the purchasing process when I went to write the check and the final bill was not what I expected. This probably could have been prevented had I been given a written estimate during my initial visit. I had added a remote starter and did not realize that installation charges were additional. Paulo Neisch, endeavored to be straightforward as any salesperson I have ever met and dealt with and I appreciated his service. I would highly recommend him. More
