Dale does a fantastic job! I've worked with him a couple different times on service things and he is always helpful and thinks outside the box when it comes to solutions. I wasn't surprised to read his last review with all 5's; he wants to see customers walk out completely satisfied with your Service Department. It's rare in customer service these days to find an amazing customer service person that exceeds your expectations, but Dale is that person. My husband hopes to buy a vehicle in the next year, and he has already said he hopes to buy it from Buerkle because he is so impressed your sales and service. PattyM More

Working with Jim Raaf and Buerkle Honda has been a very delightful pleasure. My wife and I have been leasing/purchasing Honda vehicles for over thirty years. During one of my recent maintenance visits to Buerkle Honda, I had recently spoken to Jim about my current lease expiring and that I would like to move into a new 2012 Accord. There were a few months remaining on this lease so we decided to wait a bit before doing anything. On Thursday, I sent Jim a note explaining that I would like to stop by on Friday to discuss a new Accord. On the way to the dealership, I was running through in my mind all the vehicle transactions that I have gone through with Honda dealers and was thinking about how nice it would be for them to recognize me as an ongoing long term customer. When I arrived at Buerkle to meet with Jim, he explained that he would like to have my 2009 Accord inspected for a possible purchase, which was something that I was not prepared for, much less my vehicle. I told him that it was not clean and that I was embarrassed because I was not expecting that today. He explained that that was not a problem and that we should wait for this to be completed. In the meantime, he and I reviewed the new lease of a 2012 Accord and went over the various color combinations and the differences between my current vehicle and the new 2012 Accord. We then decided to take a look at the new vehicles in stock to see if there would be something that I was interested in. I had picked out two colors that I would consider and we were able to find the two, which just happened to be parked side by side, in the lot so I was able to compare them in order to see which one I preferred. After explaining to Jim which one I had selected, we went back to his office to discuss the details and check on the inspection. Jim returned with a positive response on the inspection and so I decided to go ahead with a new lease. Jim then inquired as to whether I would like to have the car prepared for immediate delivery – which was a real shock to me since I had not even considered driving home in a new car today. I agreed that that would be wonderful and he explained that we could complete the paperwork while that was being taken care of. Before I knew it the new car was ready and the paperwork had been easily completed. I was truly overtaken at the professional handling of my business and felt Jim Raaf and Buerkle Honda considered me one of their preferred customers. I had a new vehicle, with everything taken care of, in two and half hours. Amazing!! I would certainly recommend Jim Raaf and Buerkle Honda for your new Honda vehicle. Thank you Jim, I am really enjoying my new 2012 Accord. More
I purchased a new 2012 Honda Civic LX and received an overall very good buying experience from everyone from reception,salesman,and finance. The dealership offered a fair dealer discount off of the MSRP, and I elected to take several protection options. I initially chose Buerkle because of geography- I work 2 blocks from the dealership at a manufacturing facility, and drive by every day. I stayed at Buerkle through the buying process because the Civic had high fuel economy and nice features, and the dealership was friendly and helpful. Great Talent -- Perfect for Customer Sales! I asked for an extended "test-drive" on the Honda Accord and was turned down at other dealerships across the twin cities. The extended drive was to see if the reports of uncomfortable seats in the Accord were true. I was not going to have a car that I couldn't feel good about driving. Paulo really came through and didn't hesitate about the extended test drive and actually had a car waiting before I arrived at the dealership! The 2012 Accord is perfect for me! Paulo was the Best! This dealership appraised my trade-in before I gave them a price on the new car and it was fair and accurate! I then presented the best Internet price I had received from all the other local dealers and it was matched, without question! A very pleasant buying experience. I fully recommend giving this dealership a shot at your business! I would ask for Paulo he makes the experience warm and inviting (how is that possible with a car salesman?) I don't know, but it is true!! More

We bought our first Honda Fit in 2009 from Rick Feist at the the Honda dealership in St. Paul. Our experience was great! 3 years and 16,000 miles later we decided our 20 year old daughter in college would g the the Honda dealership in St. Paul. Our experience was great! 3 years and 16,000 miles later we decided our 20 year old daughter in college would get the 2009 and I (mom) would get a new Honda Fit...2012! My husband thought I should look at other options, but I love my Honda Fit! While waiting for the service dept. to complete an oil change and routine maintenance, I inquired whether Rick was still working at the dealership...he was/is! With his help I looked at the new Fits and selected the Honda Fit with navigation. After doing college road trips, I learned the importance of a navigation system and was impressed with the voice commands and all!!! The car sold itself, but it was Rick's help 3 years ago that made us return. Thanks! Hope your car buying experience is as pleasant as ours was! As return customers we were given a discount! Made the deal sweeter! Thanks Rick! We'll return before your kids are in college! More

We appreciate Joe's professionalism & commitment to excellence. He always treats us respectfully & fairly. Since we all have busy schedules, we truly appreciate his ability to respond efficiently in a timely manner & we love that he can give us an accurate estimate of time necessary to complete work on our vehicles upfront for planning purposes. While we've received good service from all of the Buerkle service department personnel, Joe exemplifies true customer service in every way. Kudos to him!! More
