Our buying experience with Rick was quick and easy. Rick also did not push us to buy. All of this was a refreshing change from our previous car buying experiences. Loaded with information we left Buerkle did some additional research and found a better price elsewhere. Having enjoyed Rick's time and attention previously we wanted to give him the opportunity to match or beat the pricing we had found, and he did! What's more is that he beat the price, coordinated the delivery of our vehicle from outstate, and set an appointment that fit our schedule all while he was tending to his Mother who had recently been injured in an accident. Frankly, Rick could have passed us on to another sales person to handle all of this - but he didn't and he got the job done to our satisfaction! Thanks Rick for all your help! More

First off, I'm high maintenance and I know it. As a person who's been in customer service for 21 years, I yield to the customer and know how to make them happy. However, when I'm the customer I am com person who's been in customer service for 21 years, I yield to the customer and know how to make them happy. However, when I'm the customer I am completely different - I research, I ask many questions, I monopolize a customer service agent's time, and I am resolute in obtaining the best deal possible I can. I did a lot of car shopping when I was in the market (I went to four different make's dealers and did several hours of research online on various car makes and models in my price range and what I was looking for), and felt it only fair that I look at Hondas because of the reputation for their reliability. As such, I visited Buerkle Honda and looked at the Honda Fit. I have to say that the Fit was not the right fit (no pun intended) for me, and I was a bit dismayed because I didn't think that I could get into a better Honda due to my price range. However, Scott set me straight by pointing out that a Honda Civic would better fit me, financially, physically, and figuratively. Cut to the chase: I sat in the Civic and instantly fell in love. It's an amazing car and far far FAR underrated - I'm 6'2" and I have plenty of leg room! Seriously! I was sold on the look of the car completely - the exterior is nothing like the bland predecessors I see on the road, and the interior is gorgeous for a car in this class - the antithesis to anything you've seen in the compact car catalog, as it were. I had almost put money down on another car because I was enamoured by the sales efforts of the agent (at a Chevy dealer), but I came to my senses when I did more research and found that the Civic is TRULY best in its class and Scott did an impeccable job of showing me EVERYTHING about the Civic. He spent SO much time answering my questions about everything relevant to the car - the body, the engine, the interior, exterior, ... everything down to the glove compartment - seriously. Long story short, Scott Steinberg is a PHENOMENAL sales person. That's not to merely say that he's good at what he does and leave it at that, not at all. Scott is patient, informative, knowledgible, engaging, attentive, and GENUINE. Yeah, the guy is a car salesman, and he wants your business and mine. But trust me, he is the most sincere and supportive customer service representative that I've run into (lol, besides me) ever. Yes, EVER. I'm definitely going to buy my next car from Scott... and Buerkle Honda. [Side note: I went to the Honda dealer in Richfield and they were rude, apathetic, and misleading - they sat me in an older model of a Civic and passed it off as a new model. They're obviously not interested in treating their customers with respect, so I'd advise that you don't give them your business. Go to Buerkle Honda instead - you'll be happy you did. We had been working with Dudley and Scott for several months because it takes us that long to actually get comfortable with the purchase of a new vehicle. Five months later when we made the decision to buy the vehicle, we went back to Buerkle because of Dudley and Scott. Matt handled all the paperwork and was very efficient, explained everything we needed to know and got us on our way. Since we leased the vehicle, we will for sure be back but even if we had bought the vehicle, we would return to buy all our cars from Dudley, Scott, and Matt.
